He immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed the immediate leak within 15 minutes (a malfunctioning pilot light on my boiler). He was able to provide a fair estimate for the work. His price to come out and fix the leak was reasonable, especially considering I needed help ASAP. Highly recommend.
