Detroit All Day Heating and Cooling

Called them this morning to get service to my rental. Was told there would be someone between 1-4. Never called to confirm, never showed up. Now I wasted a day to get hear for my Tennants.

I can't even get through to the customer service. I scheduled a appointment and called back because all I wanted to do was change the number I had on file. I literally got transferred 6 times to people asking me the same question. What's your zip code?and why are you calling?Oh ok I don't have that information let me transfer you over to a department that will take care of you. Rinse and repeat. I mean I already booked the appointment you would think someone could find me but no.. worst customer service ever. No exaggerating.

Detroit All Day Heating and Cooling were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Their technician was knowledgeable and very polite. I recommend this business and anyone can try them.
