    I truly COULDN'T be happier that I chose Heaney Heating to replace my central air unit. First of all, Everyone in the office was extremely courteous! They got a technician out the next morning for an estimate, and their price beat every other estimate I received. John was who installed the unit, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was EXTREMELY HONEST from the very beginning! Plus, I feel he went above and beyond in making sure everything was working great before he left! He cleaned up after himself, so all I had to do was sit back, and ENJOY the COOL AIR! THANK YOU HEANEY! And THANK YOU JOHN!!! You guys are THE BEST!!!

    Their A team is good. B team isnt great. I was told Cecil was let go due to him flooding my basement , if he is still around and he arrives at your house dont let him work on your water, call a new plumber or request a different one from heaney. The two guys who actually got the job done were younger and very professional and friendly.

    Austin and Harold are fantastic, professional plumbers. We recently moved and needed all kinds of work done, including replacement of toilets, redoing the pipe under the kitchen sink so the garbage disposal and dishwasher would work correctly, fixing the leak from the master shower into the basement, installing new fixtures for sinks and showers through-out the house, etc. We have been fortunate to work with Austin and Harold twice before, and we have had other plumbers from Heaney plumbing as well, and every single time these gentlemen check carefully with you to see what you want done, examine the job, and then do it in a most excellent way. Everything is always cleaned up/replaced and the home is better for them being there.

    Prices are very fair and the work is excellent. Austin and Harold never try to scam you or oversell - they explain what is needed to be done and then ask you how you want to proceed. I appreciate them so much -- shout out to Liz in the office for all her work with insurance claims! THANK YOU!!!!

    Professional service from the receptionist to the technicians. They replaced a part and fixed some wiring on my central air. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it in a timely manner. And unlike most contractors didnt try to drain my bank account. They did a great job at an honest price. Great dane heating and cooling should try that maybe they would get return customers. Highly recommend would use again.

    Repaired and installed drain lines in my building/home. Fast and excellent quality. They seem to have water involved emergencies to respond to but they finished the second half in a very timely manner and communicated their position. Great experience.

    We had a plumbing emergency and were told they were coming the next day between 8-9 am. At 930 am I called to inquire about their status and to find out when exactly they would be available to honor their commitment. I ended up speaking with a man whom I'm assuming was in charge (though I can't figure out why anybody would have faith in thinking that he was capable of communication with humans in any form whatsoever 🤨). He commenced to telling me there had NOT in fact, been any miscommunication about the time frame, but that Mario was indeed busy on other jobs and would get to me "when he could.." 😳

    Huh? Wait what? Where do they do that at? He carried on, saying I was free to call another company if I would like (yeah thanks for your permission guy 🙄). I tried to explain that I had some dire situations to tend to and was a bit anxious, because throughout the night I had a friend taken to the emergency room, who is now on life support, and another friend just rushed to the hospital, preparing to have an emergency c-section - scared and alone. But none of that mattered to him at all.. because he never let me get past the part where I told him my son was diagnosed with covid19 - he ASSumed my son was in the home and that would in turn be putting his crew at risk 🤦🏼‍♀️ Of course, big mouth, big man on campus was just as wrong as he was rude! My son was quarantined over an hour away and in fact has never even been to my house. My son is grown and on his own.. And I guess so am I, when it comes to finding a COMPETENT, CAPABLE crew, worthy of my business.

    Don't waste your time.. there are plenty of plumbers out there who respect your business, will show up on time and show you the respect you deserve!

    Had an appt for 9. Rescheduled an hour before for 12:30. Never showed. Next was 2:15. Never showed. Did not hear back till later in evening. Wasted a day off work and had to call another plumber. COVID… blah blah blah. Just a simple phone call and some respect goes a long way.

    Austin and Harold did an amazing job on re-plumbing my entire home. They explained the process every step of the way and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and confident that I had the best two plumber's in Michigan hands down. I would use them both again and HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for a great experience!

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, horrible customer service. they agree to take my insurance claim to come out and fix my furnace and then the next thing i know they cancel. They told me we shouldn't have taken your claim but we did but we can't come out to look at your furnace. The owner gave me nothing but excuses after he agreed to take my claim. Now I have been without heat for 3 days. Can't believe they treat people like this
