Terrible business practices , man shows up at 9am, says he has to get supplies. Never comes back and charges our CC $880.00. Scam artist! meanwhile my home is without water since the water company had to shut it down for the work to be done. I had to cancel my CC and file a complaint.

Heaney replaced my boiler just before Christmas. They did a great job. They gave me the lowest price. Plus they returned quickly to correct a problem.

I called them because my bathtub flouset was not working. He came I talked to him about the problem and told him about the problem and what's wrong and said I have a new flaucet as well. He spends 5 mins replacing the nozzle from the new one to the old one and charged 100. I thought he was joking for doing something so simple and charging an extreme amount. He was on the phone talking to his friend talking about how how he makes $65 an hour. But the way he rips people of i can tell he's making so much more. I called to complain but Heaney said there is a service charge for just going to your house so it could be why. oI would never call them again in my life and I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of service.

have done business with them for years. Jason is A1 you don't get much better than him. Thanks Jason and the Heaney Family.

Very disappointed. Used them in the past and this time employee refused to perform service and was rude and unprofessional. They won't be getting any business from us anymore. Company laughed it off when I complained like they knew this happens with this employee.

Please stay away from this business, they will take advantage. Stay away!!!
I had a simple drain problem they charged me $475.00

I should of called rotor rooters fix price of $125.00
Drain cleaning.

Had three appointments to inspect a gas line, no one ever showed and when I called the office they seemed confused that I had ever had an appointment with them.

Heaney Plumbing is great! Great customer service and fair prices for excellent work!

Can not complain about the main worker sent, Sterling. Seems to be knowledgeable & caring.

Installed my boiler in 2009 and did an excellent job need them again because the feeder is acting up
