I called All Services Group to install a new toilet. Customer service over the phone was very responsive, and the installation was done quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the work done. Scheduling was subject to last minute changes, but I think that's common to all contractors these days.

Top notch service. The tech requested pictures and quickly diagnosed the problem. They scheduled my appointment at my convenience. The tech Mike can over with all the parts to do the job. My experience with this company both on the phone and in person was exceptional. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My steam boiler cracked leaving me without heat for several days and it was chilly,very uncomfortable in March and April. I called several companies and Tim, the president of ALLSERVICEGROUP came out in the pouring rain to leave the brochure in my mailbox including cost of doing the job. I agreed with his price and his time frame in 48 hrs to acommodate me. His installers did a great job and I was their priority. They worked so hard to give me heat...Sometimes on the steam boilers it takes a few adjustments to distribute the heat evenly. Tim had no problem receiving calls on weekends and he showed up promptly to do whatever he could to resolve the issue. I am so pleased with this company. It is always good to deal with the owner because it is his sweat and blood that goes into the success of his business. I will recommend this company to EVERYONE, If I could give him 10 STARS I would. Tim, thank you so much for doing what you do BEST provide the BEST customer service in the Beverly area and surrounding area. I will definitely use you for all my plumbing needs. apologize for the delay on this review!!!!

Kudos to the service tech who arrived at my home the same day I called.
He was very polite, and repaired my AC very quickly, and certainly at a very fair cost. He informed me of the other services available, and showed me the benefits of the Service Contract. I highly recommend this company!

I'm giving 5 stars to a company I never called, I know it's odd but the reason for the 5 stars is about the service I received and not about pricing and/or the circumstances of any kind of “emergency” that happened.

The back story is this, I own a condo in a fairly larger building and the roof needed to be replaced (it was close to a 1m $$ project), All Services was the company that we were told would not only handle the disconnect and reconnect of all the HAVAC units, but would also come up with pricing for any unit owner to take advantage of the work being done to replace any old and obsolete units at an discount (all the units were are on the roof of the building which adds $$ to any work that needs to be done and due to the current work being done, it would be cheaper for us to do it all together).

Fast forward, I’m one of the ones that decided to replace everything, the heat pump on the roof, the air handler in the unit etc. I could go on and on about what I saw the HVAC guys doing and how much time they spent here to make sure everything was perfect (almost 4 hours in UNION level sheet metal work alone and that was just a fraction of how long they were here!!!) so I also asked them if they could replace my hot water heater (mandatory replacement in many condo’s). The Hot Water replacement went absolutely perfect and the thing to point out is, this is was a totally different person with his own expertise. This is what All Services is to me, they have specialists to the extreme, If you need HVAC, you are going to get people that know nothing else, if you need plumbing, you will get the same etc. At the helm you have Tim O’Brian, someone whom I’ve talked with over the phone and via email and always within a timely manner.

To be 100% truthful, I feel like a residential customer falling into a commercial project which does nothing but benefit me, but that isn’t based in any facts at all, all I know is that every bit of service across the board was too my liking, so they deserve this review. From this point on, they are my 1st call.

Fast response to my phone call. Plumber came exactly as scheduled and was a master craftsman who did an excellent job. Tim at All Services was a pleasure to deal with.
