I have been a customer of A Bell Plumbing since 2008. It has been my experience that he will go out of his way for customers and ensure the work is done right the first time. Very happy with the response time, quality of work and taking the time to explain what the issues were and how they can be resolved in the future.

I was charged $249. for less than 1 hour work involving routine cleaning and replacement of a thermocouple worth, probably, $10. They sent two men for a job which did not need more than one. I was told after that their standaed rate for plumbing is $175 per hour.

Good work and was very prompt, however I was overcharged and not given the opportunity to discuss the charge before it was put on my credit card.
