    Don’t let these people in your home!!! Sent by AHS, I denied the service but AHS said no other company in Vista works with AHS (this should be a stern warning about AHS).
    A-ALL sent Clint to my house. He found that our cooktop was not working and he could not fix it. He told me that AHS will have to replace it.
    When AHS called me, they read me Clint’s report saying I used excessive force to turn on my cooktop and that’s why it’s broken, therefore no coverage to fix or replace it.
    Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    They are scammers, untrustworthy, and likely get kickbacks from home warranty companies to say “user broke the appliance due to misuse, do not cover.”

    Btw, they were called because the exhaust fan doesn’t work. They claim somehow I used excessive force pressing the button to turn it on.

    These guys were sent by our warranty company and were entirely worthless. It's taken them 6 weeks to try to fix our dishwasher and it's still broken. They've come out four times and each time needed a part which took 2 weeks to order. We are about ready to order a new dishwasher because this company is too incompetent to fix ours

    We were forced to use this company through First American Home warranty, even after many complaints. We filed that our blower was out in March. They came out, took 2 weeks to “resolve” the issue. Then within a week the same problem persisted. Another week goes by and they sent someone back out. Who tried to claim it was a wiring issue, when we pointed out that it was the entire control board he was manipulating to try and get it on. He responded with “oh well I have to go call my manager” went out to the car , left, and never heard from them. We spent a week leaving voicemails (both my husband and I and our warranty company) with no response. When we finally got a call they said they would send someone out in 4 days to look at a problem that THEY HAD COME TO “LOOK” AT 4 WEEKS AGO! In the meantime we have been living in Poway, in a two story house, with a toddler and an infant. And have now had our SECOND round of heat rashes due to the complete incompetence and disregard for humans from this company. A claim filed March 27th, should not still have an issue that has yet to even be DIAGNOSED on July 26th. Disgusting.

    Scheduled a tune up service through home warranty company. The technician who came out was polite and seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing (would give him 4 stars). When he was done he had a list of items that needed to be replaced and that his manager would call to go over it and schedule further service. He never called, but I got a new service request from home warranty company. Never got a call to schedule the service and when I called them they did they had an issue with how the service request was placed. So I called the home warranty company, they get on the phone with them and eventually tell me they don't service my unit. How the hell do they do a "tune up" and tell me what needs to be replaced during said time up and turn around to say they won't work on my unit? I'm done with them.

    This company was assigned to us through a home warranty and they were terrible. They took forever to schedule replacement of a water heater that was leaking from the bottom and then didn't show up when promised. We had water damage from the original leak and it had to sit until they came. Then we had to remove the water heater ourselves to repair the shelf since they didn't show up as scheduled when our other contractor was there.

    The same as everyone else. Assigned to us by American Home Shield. Came out, didn't fix it. Called back again and they told me that they told American Shield it can't be fixed and we need a new washer. When I called American Home Shield they told me that A-Aall Services asked them to reassign our call. **ROLLING EYES** ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!???? Why would they do that??? Why do I get a different story EVERY TIME I CALL THEM!!???

    This company was hired through my home warranty and on the day they were supposed to arrive (Tuesday) they claimed they couldn’t come because they didn’t know they needed liability insurance emailed/dropped off to my condo association to get on the 3rd floor roof to look at my AC. The woman on the phone said their business office, where they would get a copy of their insurance, doesn’t open until next Monday (a week away) and then they would call to schedule another appointment. Why is the business office for an AC repair company closed an entire week in the middle of summer? Why would anyone let an AC repair person on the roof without liability insurance? I asked them to inform the warranty company and the woman
    said the wait on the phone was too long so they will not call. However, after reading the reviews I am not surprised now.

    IF THERE WAS ZERO STARS I WOULD SUBMIT.

    HAD TO USE THROUGH HOME WARRANTY WHICH IS ANOTHER COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

    HAD TO TAKE TWO DAYS OFF WORK FOR THEM TO REPLACE MY AC UNIT. 1ST DAY HE COULDNT DO IT DUE TO LACK HELP.

    THEN IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

    THEN YESTERDAY NO MORE THAN ONE MONTH AFTER INSTALL THE UNIT BROKE AGAIN DUE TO WORKMANSHIP.

    THEY TOLD ME I NEED TO OPEN ANOTHER CLAIM THROUGH MY HOME WARRANTY.

    So this contractor was sent to me by my home warranty in regards to my broken built in microwave handle. The employee apparently denied my claim and reported that "it wasn't wear and tear". After several complaints, they reviewed my complaint and assigned me again with this useless company. My home warranty ordered a replacement and was instructed to call this company for my replacement. I called today 9/30/21 and a lady who wasn't not happy about her job was extremely RUDE and very unprofessional!!!

    This company was hired through my home warranty company to fix my broken washer. They came out and the 2 technicians could not get it to turn on. I walked over and hit the button and it turned on. Diagnosed the problem as broken pump and switchboard (which I already knew). Never took the panel off the front to check filter or any other issue. Said they needed to order the parts and schedule repair. They left and I received an email from warranty company that claim had been denied. I call warranty company and they said technician report was that the filter had Bobby pins stuck in it and needed to be cleaned!
    THE TECHNICIAN NEVER EVEN CHECKED THE FILTER!
    HE NEVER EVEN ASKED ME WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME I CLEANED THE FILTER!
    NEVER MENTIONED THE FILTER ONE TIME!
    I would have told him I already checked the filter and hoses before I had them come out as per the owners manual!
    THE BROKEN PUMP WAS THE ISSUE! AND THE FAULTY SWITCHES ON THE FRONT LIKE QERE LISTED ON THE INVOICE HE GAVE ME!

    THIS GUY KNEW THE ISSUE AND COMPLETELY LIED TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY ABOUT DIAGNOSIS!

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
