Mowery Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

During a high volume season when it was difficult to find a quick plumber response, Mowery responded to our needs. We had 2 issues (pipe blockage resulting in back flow into our garage, and a leaking condensation pipe that had been incorrectly attached). Both problems were taken care of properly and efficiently. Mowery is simply amazing. Both Chris and Matt were both very skillful, experienced and knowledgeable. Chris gave us wonderful advice on the best course of action regarding replacing or repairing our discontinued toilet, and ultimately, we replaced it. Matt came to install it the day I scheduled it, and he was fabulous and efficient. I'm also impressed and delighted that a real person picks up the phone on the first ring, and everyone has been wonderful - even the sales person I spoke to about my options for buying a toilet through them or elsewhere. The final bill was exactly as Chris had quoted me, and I'm totally "sold" on Mowery....they will be my go-to local company for all our plumbing needs. I truly cannot praise them enough. Thank you Mowery for being a top notch and honest business - charging fairly and never try to up-sell. Please never change!

Clint (Brownsburg location) was prompt, professional, and went above-and-beyond on a few fronts. He helped us with our upfront needs, identified and fixed some other important needs, and helped us understand the pricing and service options. We’re impressed with and thankful for Clint. We’ll request him again in the future.

Theo came out to do the annual furnace cleaning. He was on time, called beforehand and was so courteous! Did a great job!
I love that I can do a monthly payment and they come out for the cleaning and it is paid for already, just seems cheaper lol

We had a problem with our furnace/thermostat. Mowery sent one of their employees, Todd Scharror (I think I spelled the last name correct). He worked diligently to find out an answer to our problem. After working for quite awhile, the problem was solved. He was friendly, answered our questions, and really listened to us. Thank you, Todd!

Kyle got here before the target time, which I love - getting time back is wonderful! He was neat & efficient in doing my furnace check-up. He did me a favor and put up my air return vent that I hadn't been able to get in myself. I appreciate his help!

I’ve used Mowery for approx 30 years in 3 different homes. I’ve always been pleased. The technician that usually comes, Clint, is outstanding. Friendly and thorough. I needed a new HVAC system. The sales representative, Gregg, was professional and explained all my options thoroughly. The installation team, Alec and Austin, we’re careful, respectful of my home, non-intrusive, and completed the job quicker than I expected. All in all a great experience. When I woke up yesterday, I said, "Today's going to be a good day!" I mean, I'm a Chief Happiness Officer - I know how important it is to set positive intentions! And I was so excited to finally get the preventative maintenance check-ups done on the HVAC systems in the home we're moving into...

And anyone who's ever owned a home knows exactly how this went! I wasn't necessarily looking for a "Series of Unfortunate Events" to test my belief in the power of positive thinking - but here we were! A leak here, a broken line there, a condemned furnace just for funsies (... y'all know it's still winter here in Indiana, right?), I confess I was starting to get more than a little worried.

Seriously - in today's world of supply chain shortages and labor issues, we expected this to turn into a weeks or even months long saga. Instead, before I could even pull out an extra pair of wool socks, the team was on top of it - able to get everything taken care of and get us back to "normal life". For every "Awwww no..." there was somebody to make it better - and with a smile! AMAZING!

All said and done, we had a ton of work done, but we were able to get all the maintenance and several repairs in less than 24 hours, including a replacement furnace ordered AND installed the very next day (...you can't even get an emergency Dr. visit next-day anymore!). And since we're new to the home but the home is decidedly NOT new, they even showed us how to access some of the quirky systems so we felt more safe and secure. That's something you can't put a price on!

I'm so grateful to Tony, Kyle, Jon, Mike, Austin and Trae (I told you we needed a LOT of help...), and more importantly I'm super grateful to know that when we need something else done, the team at Mowery will take care of it. I had my yearly furnace and gas log inspection today. As always, Mowery sends clean-cut, polite, knowledgeable repairman to your house. Today the repairman were Derek and Jeremiah. I am extremely happy with the service that Mowery provides. They have been to my House several times through the years. They installed my gas fireplace, they’ve checked my sump pump, they inspect my AC in the spring, and my furnace and gas logs in the fall. I know if I need them for other things, I can count on dependable, competent people to be at my house. Also want to add, when you place a call to Mowery, the people who answer the phones are also also very polite and helpful. I love that they’re local, and you don’t have to jump through hoops to speak to a person.
