Trea Q. did a great job with an installation of a new water heater. Problem was detected day before and new installation was promptly done the next morning.
Jeremiah W. was also out to service air condition. Both were kind and courteous and efficient at their jobs.

Writing this for my parents, the Garber’s. Kyle Johnson did a great job and Mowery has taken excellent care of our A/C and heating systems for years.

We needed gas fireplace maintenance and so we called Mowery based on comments we had seen online. We were very pleased. The office was professional and Don was polite, professional and friendly. He did a great job and ended up signing us up for a service contract.

Kirk was incredibly helpful and addressed our issues with great professionalism. He’s going to be our requested technician from now on!

Entire furnace system quit including thermostat. Could not find out why the 3 amp fuse was blowing out. Erik spent 1 1/2 hours testing everything and then redoing all the wire connections to identify the problem and hopefully fixing the problem, which it seemed to. Erik even called the next morning to make sure everything was working, which it was. He put in a lot of effort to make sure the problem was fixed.

Kyle and Derek were here today for our seasonal tune up. All the Mowery guys are always professional and polite. They took care of everything quickly and clearly communicated what they'd done, including labeling the new filter with the date. Great service as always!

Todd Scharrer has been to our house twice now, once for A/C and once for our furnace. Both times he has done an amazing job. My water heater recently went out and the sole reason I returned to Mowery for my plumbing was due to the service provided by Todd. Thanks so much!!!

We called the company to get frozen pipe issue and plumber came out and unfreeze the pipe inside side and outside by the water meter. He could get the water to unfreeze. He came back said the pipe underground are frozen and he was 110% sure. We paid him and he left and my husband went outside same with hair dryer and hanged the dryer in by the water meter pipe. My husband left the hair dryer on for 10min. We had water back inside the house. It was waste of time and money. The plumber said let the pipe unfreeze it own. I used this company first time and last time by reading the good ratings. They have inexperienced people working for them.
