I had Mowrey Heating and Cooling out for routine maintenance at the beginning of march and Kirk was on time, efficient, professional and friendly. Explained what he did for the maintenance and to reach out for any concerns. I then had Mowrey out again 2 weeks later and Barry Thatcher was just the same, on time, efficient, professional and friendly. Also explained what he had done to fix the issue and to reach out with any concerns.

This company does have some of the best who are professional and friendly with their customers and always on time, highly, highly recommend!

We have used Mowery for at least 12 years. We appreciate how responsive they are by calling to let us know they are on their way. For this visit, our thermostat went out - three days before the winter storm was to hit the area. Todd was wonderful! He was on time, professional and very friendly. He diagnosed the problem with our thermostat and ended up replacing it. The day after the work was done, he called to make sure everything was working ok. This was my first experience using Mowery for plumbing and I can't praise this company enough regarding the service I received. They sent out their tech (drain cleaner) Craig and he was wonderful. I for one needed to know what, how and why he did what he did to clear my house drains. I certainly had a lesson on plumbing that day. He was very kind and gave me great insight on the project. We have used Mowery several times and always been satisfied. Tonight we needed to have our drains cleaned out Jake came out and cleaned out multiple drains. He was very kind and did a fantastic job. It is so great to have a company that you know you can count on!

Kirk & partner were knowledgeable and professional. They noticed that our outdoor fawcet handle next to the AC unit was broken and advised that they could have that team contact us for repair options. This was of great help as we have the same issue with a fawcet in the front as well. They also added a couple of valves to our AC unit which makes it easier to drain and inspect. We appreciated the extra effort by the guys.

I have been a customer with Mowrey for over 20 years. I have always had good a great experience with them. I have a service contract which offers me priority emergency calls and discounts on parts. On March 31, 2023 Barry Thacker performed a spring inspection and tuneup on my HVAC system. As usual, he was on time, very professional, and gave me the service I am used to with Mowrey. He is just one of the many examples of the caliber of individual I have been privileged to work with over the years.

Technician Barry came out last week to replace our system. He was professional and friendly, on time (even earlier in the time window given) and knowledgeable. He explained how to use the new system so I could understand. I would definitely use Mowery and ask for Barry again!

Kirk came out today to install a new thermostat, took the time to teach us all about the new unit. And get it connected to our Wifi. Thank you.

This is a great company to work with. They have always been on time, polite, easy to talk to, and helpful when issues come up. My last service was with Richard, doing maintenance on our water heater. He has great service, worked quickly, and very personable.
