Logen M did an amazing job replacing our water main shut-off valve!! He's efficient, friendly, and didn't get annoyed if I asked a couple questions. Most importantly, I feel like I was treated with respect. We have definitely found our new plumber. I will be asking for him from now on.

Our first call was to Mowery when our AC stopped working. They sent someone out the next day, who diagnosed the issue. As they needed to let the system defrost they came back the next day and determined the issue, ordered the part; arriving the following day to replace the faulty part. Our unit is very old and will need replacing SOON but as we do not have the funds at this time, they assisted us in repairing it enough to hopefully get us through this summer. Kirk Wright was very helpful in working with us. We have used Mowery in the past too and highly recommend them!

Dawson installed a new kitchen faucet for me today. He was professional, courteous, pleasant, and completed the job efficiently and quickly. There was not a drop of water anywhere when he finished. I had no clean up to do. I have used Mowery for several years for hvac and plumbing issues and will continue to do so. Thanks again, Dawson!

Recently had a water heater leak and was recommended to check out Mowery. Every step of the process was super professional and high quality, Logan did an awesome job with the replacement job and kept everything neat and tidy. Highly recommend their work, thanks Logan!

Trae did a wonderful job completing all my plumbing needs. He was patient, experienced, and a great problem solver! Mowery’s has a wonderful staff from office workers to plumbers. Trae proved again today why Mowery’s is my first call when it comes to plumbing needs!

As a single female homeowner, sometimes you feel like you are taken advantage of and there's really nothing to do about it but to trust the professionals you hire.
With that being said, Mowery Heating and Cooling was a fresh breath of air. Most companies are great at customer service and smiling in your face, but being trustworthy and honest can be a rare find in this industry.
I would like to personally thank Mr. Nick (technician) and Mr. Jay Wade (manager) for taking the time to thoroughly communicate with me to make sure I understood what was going on and for representing the importance of quality over quantity. Mowery now has a new customer for life! Trust them with all your heating and cooling needs.

We just moved into our home and had a huge plumbing issue, we called Mallory and they jumped right on it and had us up and running right away, these guys worked so hard to make sure that we had our bathroom back as soon as possible. They had to dig almost 7 feet into our yard and pull tree roots out, they did not hesitate to get this done. All 5 of the gentleman that was here doing the work were very professional and got the job done! Thank you to Harry, Craig, Nick, Richard Jr, and Taylor, you guys were amazing!!!

Everytime I have had Mowery come out they have gone above and beyond. This was an air conditioner maintenance call which was timely and very thorough. Kirk was very personable and explained everything he did We do have a service contract with them that is worth every cent. Thanks Mowery

We contacted Mowery to have our furnace and water heater serviced. Kirk came to do the furnace. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He ended up replacing the capacitor on our 22 yr old furnace. He also advised us that we should replace the furnace soon. I will definitely be requesting him anytime we need service. Trae was the gentleman that came to service our 22 yr old water heater. He also did a fantastic job informing me about the problems with our current unit and explaining the different options available for a replacement as well as got us set up for an estimate on a tank-less water heater. I also will be requesting that he return whenever we require service again. Overall I was very impressed with their skills and knowledge as well as their friendliness. I highly recommend Mowery.
