Mowery was polite, prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. When they did not have replacement parts on their trucks, parts were ordered and no charge for coming back to install them. I've with Mowery for 20 years- always dependable. Thank you Mowery!

Another company told us we needed a new heat pump and air handler and quoted over $20,000. We called Mowery for a second opinion and when Giss come out to quote it, he felt we didn't need to replace ours. He set it up to have a service technician to come out and look everything over for a second opinion on if it really needed to be replaced. Kirk came out and looked over everything and found one of the sequencers was stuck open causing one of our heating elements to come on which is why it wasn't cooling our house properly. Our system just needed a part replaced, not a whole new system. They both saved us a lot of money. I called them at 8:30 in the morning and all this happened in the same day. We will call them again.

Donny was terrific! He came on a call for a different problem and fixed it. The amazing thing is his expertise. I had gotten a previous quote to fix my boiler leak and it was over a thousand dollars. Donny told me he could fix the leak for a lower price. He did indeed fix the leak and saved me over $700. He was very professional. Make sure to request Donny for your service.

Mowery assisted us with plumbing issues. Craig was the technician and corrected all the problems we were having with plumbing. In addition, he was patient and thorough while dealing with the plumbing challenges that occur with a 100+ year old home in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood.

Last night we had no heat and Kirk was sent out to diagnose the problem. He was incredibly professional and kind as he chatted with my partner and me about the issue (bad gas valve) and communicated with us about how he'd be able to resolve the issue. Kirk was able to get things sorted and resolved quickly and we're back to a warm and cozy home! Thanks, Kirk!

We're new to Brownsburg and I called Mowery on a whim. Not only did Mowery send out a technician as fast as they could, but Dawson was absoultely wonderful to work with! He explained every step and answered all the questions I had. He came out to fix a small gas leak and when he mentioned everything Mowery offered, I inquired about some future work we would like to do in our home. He never seem bothered, in fact he enjoyed talking through the other projects. Not only do we look forward to working with Mowery again, we will specifically ask for Dawson. I was very pleased and relieved. 10/10

Called at 1:30p on Saturday during a holiday weekend and the tech arrived within 90 minutes, was professional, explained issue and fixed the problem. Pricing extremely fair for an "emergency" call. Good experience from start to finish.

Top notch experience! From my initial phone call, to my diagnostic, and to my repair. They were able to get me an appointment to have my water heater looked at the same day that I called. I was worried since it was coming up on a holiday weekend, but they made sure to make time for me. I spoke with Autumn and Brooke and they were so helpful and nice. Devin got to my home and was very polite and respectful. He was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly. He had everything needed to fix the element issue with him and was able to knock it out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Harry came in with an attitude of providing not just good customer service .... but being successful. My sewer line had already been serviced by another company that ran 76 feet of cable without clearing the line. Harry, and his apprentice, were amazing!! I give them a 5+++++.
