I have been consistently very satisfied and happy with all the service technicians from the Peterman Brothers who have worked for any repairs or maintenance needs in my house. Five star!!
So, we pay for a monthly service agreement, for annual inspection & "priority servicein in an emergency". The technician came out to our home & looked over our furnace before winter. However, when they left they did not hook up our thermostat again. It is hard wire into our furnace. I called about 10 minutes after the technician left & asked if they could come back & hook up the thermostat. (This was on a Saturday) The said the best they could do was an appointment for all day on Monday. SAVE YOU MONEY AND DON'T BUY THEIR SERVICE AGREEMENT. You are not the priority even with no heat over the weekend which was their fault.

Cheyenne at Peterman Brothers was professional, friendly, and most importantly she explained how we can conduct preventive maintenance on our system to prevent incurring extra cost or having to replace the system before its time.
I bought and had installed a new AC/Heating unit from Peterman Brothers (PB) a few weeks ago. The unit is already not working. When I called, I was told that I had an appointment on Monday (I have an appointment on Monday because there were already existing problems with the installment). I asked if I was supposed to freeze until Monday (today is Saturday, around noon time). I was put on an emergency list. I have a service contract that says that I go right to the top when I need service. I pay monthly for the service contract. I am a senior citizen who is on her own who also has a slight physical handicap. Even if I didn't pay for a service contract, you'd think my age would be an incentive for PB to help as quickly as possible. I have received nothing but problems since buying this unit. The company has not delivered on its word to me.
The young man Was very friendly and professional. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. He also let me know exactly what it was And why.
We had to have our furnace, and a/c replaced, and peterman bros. Pointed out that our electrical panel had to be replaced as well, and we two ground wires installed, one for electrical box in the house ,and one for garage as well
