Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing

I want to start off by saying that every single person I talked with was so nice. However, I called Peterman Brothers to have them come fix my A/C. They did not fix anything that day, but told me I needed a new coil because it was cracked and there was a leak. They quoted by at $2600, and then told me at that point I might as well look into a whole new unit at that point. Then, they charged me $85. Keep in mind, by A/C still was not fixed despite being told that Peterman Brothers come equipped with a fully stocked van. Someone else came out that afternoon to quote a whole new system that ranged from $6000-$13000.

I called Keller Heating & Air Conditioning who came by within the hour. They noted my filters were filthy, replaced them, checked my coolant, added some to my system and said there were no major problems. I was charged $120 and everything was up in working in minutes. Peterman Brothers said nothing about filters. Nothing about coolant. There was no crack. There was no leak.

I feel taken advantage of. $85 to quote me for an unnecessary job at $2600, and then couldn't even note that my filters needed to be replaced? Then they suggest that I need a whole new system? I am just disappointed in the whole process. I am now out $85. As a newly single mom and sole owner of my home, every dollar counts. I just wanted some honesty. I am glad I found that in Keller.

The technician, Christopher Jones was the best. He was very personable. He explained everything to us. He followed through w/his work in a professional, conscientious manner. He made sure we were happy and that everything was cycling properly before he left. Very curious and professional in everything he did. We will request Christopher Jones in all our future appointments.

My husband was very pleased with the service. Christopher Jones was very courteous and knowledgeable. We want him for our service technicians. Very Pleased!

We are members of the Peterman Brothers "family". As such we get discounts on purchases and service, and twice yearly HVAC checks to make sure the heat pump is working correctly, and once a year plumbing inspection. This gives me a great deal of peace of mind and has been very helpful in the past for nasty little issues that I either could not do myself or did not want to do. Also, the service is good for me to know what I really do need to do that I can do.

My garbage disposal was leaking. It was replaced. He was professional and explained everything. I would use him again.

Fast and easy service. The tech- Mitchell, is a stand-up guy who worked quickly and diligently and provided expert opinion in an easy to understand manner.

Cheyan was super nice and was very knowledgable. She worked quickly and effectively and answered all the questions I had.

I read in her bio that she likes to work on the farm and it was obvious because my dog and cat loved being around her.

I would recommend Peterman's and of course Cheyan too.
