Peterman brothers are always so nice and great at their jobs! Happy to have them taking care of our plumbing and hvac needs!

My furnace was acting funny in Nov '22. I called them to check it out. They said it was OK. It went out in January in the dead of winter. I was told the furnace and heat pump could NOT be repaired and had to be replaced. They oversold me a huge unit for my 1300 sq foot house. $17,000! They told my insurance company that my furnace and heat pump could have been repaired for $5,000. I am a disabled single senior citizen. They sure did me wrong by lying to me then over selling me a unit bigger than I needed.

Technician had attempted several different things before having to suggest a new ac/furnace system. Stayed focused on repair and not on sales of systems. Very forward, which is what I like.

Everyone I spoke to and dealt with at Peterman Brothers was polite, courteous, and informative. The communication was outstanding. I was informed when the tech would arrive, received text messages from the tech advising of his arrival time, was given an assessment of the electrical issues before work was approved and commenced, and received a follow-up call the next day asking if I was satisfied with their service. A truly stellar company. Five stars all around!

My husband and I have Peterman Brothers come to the house twice a year to check the furnace/ AC systems. They troubleshoot any potential problems and we have them fixed before the damage is too severe. They are always on time, friendly, and professional.

Unlike previous two service providers, Peterman completed work much of which was undoing incorrectly or incompletely installed items. Friendly, informative, thorough service provided by Trey and Evan.

Our appointment was actually moved up a few weeks, which was great for us. The annual furnace check was taken care of quickly. The technicians kept me informed about their progress and findings. They were very courteous about keeping our house clean.

They were very thorough and found the leak by going through an unseeable wall rather than tearing up the floors or ceiling. They found the whole in the pipe and repaired it in one day. The cost was comparable for repairs of this nature. The staff members were awesome, very professional, and very kind. I would highly recommend.
