Technician David arrived at 9:56am, made all repairs and was leaving at 10:52am. We have been using Nardco since 1989. They have always had excellent people representing them. Thank you for the great service!

Of course, an A/C system only fails when it's going to be 100 degrees the next day. I called Nardco to have them come out for an A/C failure, then did some research and diagnosed the problem myself as a failed Run Capacitor. I bought and installed the part myself and the system was working again. Until I knocked a wire looks putting things back together. Uncertain where the wire should go and not wanting to create a bigger issue, I kept the appointment with Nardco (which was just two hours from calling them). Their tech Xavier came out, tested the connections, found where I had messed up (which also caused a fuse to blow), and made the repairs. He then tested the rest of my system, including the temperatures going in and coming out of the system. Other than suggesting I schedule an A/C check up before the heating season, he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary services or service plans, like so many of their competitors do. They only charged me the diagnostic fee, which they quoted to me up front. Xavier was clean, considerate, prompt, professional, and thorough. I will certainly call them the next time I need HVAC work done.

Right off the bat I have to appreciate that he wears booties in each home. Other than that, he was kind, professional, respectful of myself and my animals and when I talked to him about my unit..he was Eager to help and I’m positive he will in the future! TY

I had to come in from out of state to help an older family member with her HVAC system. The AC finally went out on one of the hottest days so far this summer. I called around, before coming in, and set up some appointments. Folk's I am t
elling you there are some real character's out there. After talking to a few (some never returned our calls), we hit the jackpot with Nardco. They were very professional. The first person I talked to was Erica, which I ended up bugging a few times with questions. She was the best, I tried lobbying for her to get a raise. Not sure if it worked, but I tried. Rick was the fellow that came out to give us an estimate. He was willing to do so in the evening, due to the fact that we came in from out of state and didn't get in till late afternoon. Rick is very good at what he does, informative, thorough, and very knowledgeable of their systems. After talking to Rick, he was able to give us an estimate on the spot for a couple of different options. We decided on a system and a date for installation then and there. No money was required until completion of the work which was a few days later. The technician that showed up on time was Jon and did a superior job. I just can't say enough about how good these folks are. Great work done at a fair price. They have been in business for many years. I know who I'm calling and where to find them, if I ever need anything. With all that said, I would definitely give them a call for at least an estimate. Thank you and have a great summer.
