Prior to arriving, Nardco sent a text message with a photo of the technician and some personal information which was quite appreciated. The Nardco Technician showed up as scheduled and thoroughly explained the maintenance process he was to follow on this visit. Promptly completed his work in a polite and professional manner.

Service was excellent. Techs went right to work and described things that they checked. Even explained codes. Very impressed

The tech was on time. Took a few minutes to answer my question about the humidifier. He was thorough in checking the system. Even made sure the furnace room lights were turned off when done. Also reset the thermostat back to the desired temperature.

The technicians were here on time and worked all day even through their lunch. They did a good job.

I heard positive things about Nardco several years ago. There hadn’t been much need for service but when I did need it, a guy named Jim came to the house. It was something small. He had great things to say about his Nardco. employer. This time Xavier and Andy B came. The same great experience! What nice smart guys. Thank you to a company that maintains integrity in every area. It’s rare. It’s also the kind of integrity that happens even when no one is looking. That’s powerful. I hope everyone there is blessed….and that my furnace and ac outlive me!

The installers were very professional, as was the technician who did the seasonal check up. Would highly recommend
