Andy, the tech from Nardco arrived right on time…after listening to my explanation of the problem Andy went to work…. His approach was methodical and well directed…
In a matter of minutes he nailed it … went to his truck to retrieve a new part…
As he repaired the problem he explained why the part failed and continued to check out other parts of the unit to be sure his repair was 100%.
Andy was courteous , professional, and well prepared for the task….I also wish to complement Erika and Kelly for their assistance…the entire experience was over the top in too many ways to count…. I highly recommend Nardco. You

We were so Thankful that Nardco could come out the next day, due to our air not working. The service guy was very kind and was the appointment process when we were scrambling to find someone so our patients could be comfortable for their appointments.

I’m sorry I didn’t catch the techs name but he was awesome. Found the problem with my ac unit within minutes, had the part on his truck and all was repaired and running again within an hour. He was very nice and didn’t try to upsell me what I didn’t need. I would highly recommend this company and if and when I need it will call them first

Steve arrived soon after the office called. He presented himself with a trainee and got right to work on the basement unit. He then came to report his findings and asked how I wanted to receive his report for all the work. A very nice visit.
