After buying our new house, the old hvac needed completely replaced. Absolute Comfort quoted us and worked with our renovation loan, always being upfront and very responsive. My husband and I felt confident in making the decision to choose Absolute Comfort because they went over every single detail and help us choose the best option for our needs, instead of trying to sell us more than we needed. Not only this - but the service was amazing as well. The day of installation, Josh was very communicative letting us know when they were going to be there, calling with an update and making sure it was okay to relocate the a/c, and calling at the end of the day to give us final details. Everyone was so polite and courteous. Overall, 10 star company to work with!

This company and it's employees are friendly, knowledgeable and treat their customers with respect. We were quoted 1,600.00 with a different company to fix our heat pump system and was told we had a leak somewhere between the air or heat system. We have a fairly new system still under warranty so we decided to get a second opinion and called Absolute. So glad we did, the receptionist set the appointment for the next day and was very kind and knowledgeable herself! Ben came out and was honest with us, found no leak, got us back up and running working over on a Friday night until 9 pm. Him and his coworker explained every step they were doing while accessing the system. They gave us options and explained in great detail how the system works. We were only charged 318.00! They are amazing but these days and the economy it's all about showing up when you are scheduled to arrive and getting a fair price for what needs to be done. We appreciated both men that were here they did a fantastic job we will be passing the word about your business and signing up for your yearly plan to come back out for our routine maintenance year after year! We can not thank you enough!

Jeremy came and did a wonderful job installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was quick, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Absolute Comfort to anyone needing service or installation.

Absolute Comfort installed a water heater and an A/C unit in our daycare May 2022. The teams were professional, courteous and competent. This past week our water heater stopped working. We called Absolute and they were out the next morning and found the problem. It was fixed repaired quickly and professionally. We highly recommend Adsolute Comfort.

I have used the services of Absolute Comfort since March 2017. From installation to semi annual maintenance, they have been extremely responsive and professional in their services to us. Our most recent service tech was Joshua and he did a very thorough cleaning of our mini splits and serviced them well.

Our water heater sprung a leak at 5 o’clock on a Friday night. Josh was at our house at 7:30 that night to install a new one. Service was quick and professional and the price was reasonable for after hours service on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend!

Jarret came out to the house, during the quoted time frame, and was able to loosen the hoses leading to very old water valves to install a new washer. He was very thorough in his explanations of the different scenarios, of which it was much appreciated. We used Absolute Comfort two years ago to replace a water pump (Joe!) at Christmas time and both encounters have been very positive experiences. Very friendly and competent techs, office staff too, and I highly recommend Absolute Comfort!

Jarret was amazing and found the source of my problem right away. I had a leaking hose coming from the humidifier. I thought it was going to be a costly water heater repair, but he was able to fix my problem for a very reasonable price. And he loved my dog. Great company, would definitely use them again.
