Install of Water Commander back up sump pump. They did a great job! And also had the added task of fixing our main water shut off valve, which we did not even know was broken.

We have used Absolute Comfort for about the past 2 years. When we first moved into our "new to us-- 18 years old" house we needed a new upstairs HVAC system for which Chris, the owner, came out to evaluate our old system and give us a quote for a new system. I really appreciated the professionalism of him coming out personally and taking the time to answer all of my questions! The new system was installed and he made sure it was done correctly. Fast forward about 6 months and we had a minor issue with our new HVAC system and they had someone out quickly to get the issue resolved and it has been running like a champ since. About 18 months later, our main floor and basement HVAC was going out so we needed to get it replaced and we also needed a water softener. Soon after calling them, Chris came out once again and gave us a quote and answered all of our questions. After the installation was completed, we did have a few minor issues with the plumbing for the water softener (that could happen to anyone). I immediately contacted them and Chris, the owner, came out himself and made sure it was fixed correctly! The bottom line is no matter what company you use there is a possibility there can be issues (both minor or major), but the key is finding the company that will go above and beyond to be professional and make it right. I can tell you from first hand experience Chris and his company, Absolute Comfort, are that company and I would recommend them to anyone!

Very impressed with the quality of the work completed. I had rusted ductwork from a previous install that was not completed as it should have been and decided to replace my aging furnace as well. The new plenum and ductwork were expertly created on site. The AC is flowing through the vents again and I have a new high efficiency gas furnace that will keep us warm for years! I highly recommend this company and its staff. The men who performed these services answered all my questions and were very professional.

We called 2 places before here and had estimates. The other places were higher and had lesser products. Absolute came out and installed a new tankless water heater and water softener for us. They were super friendly, wore booties on their shoes abs masks, answered all our questions AND cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend their services.
