I can't explain how pleased I am with my experience. I am so sick of heating and air companies that walk in and immediately try to sell you a new unit without even attempting a repair or diagnostic. Brad was incredible the entire time. The communication was amazing. He diagnosed it quickly and fixed it within minutes. The care and concern was amazing, he came back the day after initial repair/inspection to make sure it was working properly. Not many companies would care enough to follow up. I'm so over these chain HVAC companies that just bring in a sales chart on what new unit they want to sell you. An educated owner/technician who understand the equipment and wants to fix it is such a relief to find. We will be using Beaver A/C from here on out and if the day comes that our unit needs replaced, Beaver A/C will be the company we will trust to do it. Finally found an HVAC company I can trust. Beaver Air showed up precisely at the time that he said he would, fixed my furnace in 12 minutes so that it would continue running until the ordered part arrived, and showed up again to replace the part at precisely the time that fit my schedule. The price was precisely what he said that it would be, and I was charged only one service call although he came twice. This company shows a level of service for Hamilton County, Indiana, that reminds you why it's good to work with your neighbors. If you live in Hamilton County, Indiana and need HVAC, I would definitely start and end with Beaver Air.
