    I had a furnace malfunction that limited my heating ability during subzero temperatures. The combination sent a great technician named Jim out to my home on (CHRISTMAS EVE) this company really cares about its customers. I would never use any other company. Thank you so much for your help

    First they have done well in installing 2 rental properties & my resident furnace. So they have had a huge chunk of my money. I have bought furnace filters from them for all the properties including on Poplar Street & E 9th St. My one mobile home rental the people did not leave a filter in there. Even though I have bought this furnace from them on this property they cannot tell me what filter to use for this furnace that THEY installed; their furnace. And I bought these filters before from THEM. They must have the “take your business & run” business philosophy. But whatever it is they certainly have poor records & do not go above & beyond. Again I say their installation people are good & kind but the office needs some training. I am a retired RN & have long felt that people who have mobile homes are treated substandard as compared to other homes. I raised my kids as a single mom in this mobile home while going to Ball State University. I can’t say there is this bias with Reeder but through the years I have felt it with businesses

    I only use Reeder. They have been taking care of my home since I moved back to Indiana.
    Very Professional, knowledgeable, and don't rip elderly people off. Jason is a Very professional owner, his crew is always spot on. Thank you all for the great service! My new A/C and heater is saving me lot's of money!
    Reeder is hands down the most Honest and Trustworthy Company around.

    I had Brian out on Friday to give me an estimate to replace my pipe vent and he stated he would call me on Monday with an estimate, but I never received a phone call. I called the office on Tuesday, I left a message for Brian to call me which he did at the end of day and he stated that he could not do the work that I needed due to being short staffed. I just feel that this is bad customer service and this has left me in a bind to rush to find someone to do the work that I need before replacing the roof.

    Called at 8:30am because one of our units was not working. By noon Jim had arrived, looked at the system (which started working on its own) and still went through it and checked things, and told us where we would need to keep an eye out, and what it would cost if it failed again.
    Jim was very professional, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with his expertise.

    Thanks to the entire team for their efforts. 4400 square feet is a lot of house to cool so it has to always work!

    It's unfortunate that they came highly recommended and couldn't even be bothered to diagnose the problem. We know we need a new system and it may be difficult but we are happy to spend our 10k with Narco who is whilling to take care of there customers!

    They showed up and and told us they were not even interested in looking at our problem because our furnace and air exchanger was in the crawl space. They were gone in less than 5 minuets. Guess they are more interested in a quick buck.

    We have 3,600 square foot home and will need 2 acunits a furnace and an upstairs air exchanger. My 10k guess may be a little low but they have so much business they don't want to be bothered with this repair. I hope I save someone time and they can call a company that can actually help and do the job.

    It is these poor decisions that cause small business to drive themselves out of business.

    So thankful for the great job by the crew from Reader Heating & Air conditioning yesterday. They replaces our furnace and air conditioning. The went over and above my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

    At 3:25 called office to tell them a/c nor working. We have a service contract with them and a technician had been here 3 weeks ago and found no problems. Our technician, Jacob, was prompt and figured out there was a problem with the thermostat due to an electrical outage and it didn't take long before our house was cool again. Every time any one from this business has come to our home, we have been impressed by their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. We are so glad we signed up for their yearly visits to check the a/c and the furnace.

    Due to that freezing rain we got last night, our power went out. When it finally came back on I found that we had no heat and I couldn't get it working. Chris came out and fixed the problem before I could tell my sad sad story of chattering all night. I decided to tear the info from the company that normally serviced it off of the furnace and I'll stick with Reeder Heating. These folks are friendly, fast, and very fair in pricing. I recommend them highly.
    This is another review! I turned on the furnace for the first time in 2019 and the furnace would not come on so I called Reeder Heater. Tyler came out in no time and quickly fixed the problem. I won't quote the price because every call can be easy or difficult but, I will state that I was completely satisfied with the price. Tyler was friendly and knew his profession. Thanks again Reeder Heating.

    This is the first time I have had to call an HVAC company in the Anderson area. Reeder will definitely be my go-to company for air and heating going forward! Jacob was the technician assigned to my call, and he did a great job. Taylor is the person I spoke to in the morning and she was very, very clear on the diagnostic and trip charge, and there were no surprise charges on the invoice. I highly recommend!
