Had them install a furnace the first time and it lasted 20 years! Just went out a few weeks ago. Called them up and they were here the next day and completely replaced ducts and furnace in about 6 hours. Highly recommend if you need heating and air work done.

You will not find a better company from sales quote to end of sale and after. The price is unbeatable, the service is exceptional, and everyone is friendly and professional. I even asked about a rebate that I couldn't get because Reeder wasn't yet listed on the company's website. Within hours, Reeder told me I could expect my rebate form the next day in the mail. Great company!

Was charged a fee for him to come out and say we don't work for Lenox units!!!..$79 and I think they should ask u first what unit u have..I'm poor..on disability...really unfair

Very professional and friendly, installed new ac unit timely manner. Answers all questions asked, arrived for installment on time and reasonable prices... I Used this company few times prior to my ac unit installation for furnace repairs.. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Anytime I need HVAC, I will be calling Readers, thanks..

On time, courteous service technician came and took care of furnace concerns without a big sales pitch trying to sell me something. He gave me info to maintain the furnace until I'm ready to upgrade in a few years.

Never sacrifice quality to save a few hundred dollars. They told me Payne was a good unit and less money. Well my 1 month old AC runs all day, its currently ran for 5 hours, and temperature in house has risen 4 degrees. Should habe used my head, went with Mohler and Dyer and got Rheem. Payne is junk
