This company’s responsiveness and workmanship is second to none. The owner Eric, answered his phone at 9pm after my AC failed during a 90 degree day. He had a technician at my house the next day. While we were waiting for parts, he improvised a solution that allowed us to run our AC. The quality of their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

Rich is very professional! He is honest and very hard worker . I have been very happy with my furnace and the install job he did .
I had to call him and he came on Good Friday to put in a new vent for my garage ! He was in and out real fast and left the area perfectly clean .

Highest recommendation! Rich proved to be a man of Integrity. A skilled Technician who resolved my issue quickly & at a fair price. Even though our furnace is over 15 years old, he did not try to talk me into a new one before even identifying the issue. (that was a common complaint in reviews posted about his competitors) Because of that he will be the one replacing it when the time comes, as well as resolving any other HVAC issues. Well done Rich!

Came out same day to diagnose our furnace, quickly found the problem and tried their hardest to get us a good deal. I would never call any other business besides Simpson heating. Richard was really great to work with and very professional and timely. Rich Simpson is Anderson's go to guy for installation and repair of heating and air conditioning systems. He is honest, highly skilled and very dependable. He has worked for for me and friends for years. The work is always done right, and we don't have to pay for the overhead of the larger corporate contractors. Rich is a really nice guy, too.

Rich showed up right when he said he would. I was trying to re-use a 12-year-old unit. He took down some model numbers and said he'd get back to me, which he did, right away. Checked it out and determined it was in great shape, just older. Ordered exactly what was needed (not easy, since it was a discontinued model), made it fit, made it work.
A thoroughly professional installation, on time, exactly per estimate. And everything works.
Rich probably saved me two grand by helping me re-use that unit. Thanks!

Great guy, Great company, and Great Business. Richard is always there when I need him. Even if it is just for a small question. I would give this business 0 stars, came out to fix my AC unit summer of 2017 said it need to be refilled. Paid this man my hard earn money, Ac unit never worked, still doesn’t work, now I have to replace it. The Whole unit!!! If I needed a new unit why not tell me from jump, instead of taking my money and then the very next day, not even 24 hours later to tell me I need a new unit after taking my money. I would never recommend anyone to call this company for service. Instead call Readers, a company who is honest and not out to take money from people. Warning all future consumers, call anyone else
