We didn't use Nardco only because my system here is so ancient, but I was BLOWN away by the fact that the tech named a competing company that could work on my unit. It was above and beyond the call of duty. The two techs that came out were professional, courteous, and frankly brave to even look at the prehistoric furnace system we have. 10/10

The blower motor went out on my heating and with the coming snow and cold, I was worried! My home warranty company couldn't get out to me until Friday so I reached out to Nardco. I haven't used them before, but their information was left to me from the previous owners so I gave them a shot! My heater is back up and running not even two hours after I put in my service request. They contacted me asap and sent out technicians shortly after. Andrew made it a very smooth easy process. They looked over my unit, told me what was wrong nd how much it'd cost (inspection fees and all), and quickly got the job done after I gave my go ahead. I'll definitely let nearby friends know about Nardco if they ever run into any HVAC problems!! Thank you, Nardco!

Good preventative maintenance service spring & fall. Has detected possible failure modes before the failure occurs. Technician is very personable and skilled.

Xavier is a fantastic technician, it took him a few minutes to fix my AC. He definitely deserves a free lunch:)

Everyone was very nice and professional. I loved their pricing. Very competitive. Of the 3 men that visitedy house in the last 3 months, all have been great. Helpful, informative and willing to answer questions. On time always. They do great work, and they clean up after themselves. Very courteous when it comes to the customer as well as the home.

*Second update since I already left a review. So far, I've met 4 different technicians as well as a couple people in the office. Top notch company! Everyone is nice, professional, and just a great all around experience. The technician today was the best. He arrived on time. Very considerate and answered all my questions. He even talked me through things no one ever has. I still will refer everyone here and continue to use this company for years to come.

*Update. Scheduled maintenance to check the air conditioner. Workers are always the best. Showed up on time. Very polite, courteous, professional. Always explain everything. Always doing little things like covering their shoes when coming inside. Highly recommend.
