The technician, Chandler, was polite, personable, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He not only serviced our air conditioner but he answered every question we had and even provided tips and advice that helped with our being more informed homeowners in terms of the use of our air conditioner, heater, and humidifier. I strongly recommend Nardco because of their affordable and valuable maintenance program and because of team members such as Chandler.

Our Heat Pump quit working and did not cool on the first warm day of the season. They arrived the same day as we called and although they did not have the exact part to complete the repair they got working that day. Service tech returned the next day with the correct part.

Technician was fast and solved our problem, however it did seem a little pricey for vaccuming out a clogged system, and our unit in the house has leaked constantly ever since. Was hoping it would resolve itself, but it hasnt, but also dont want to pay $350 again for a quick 30 minute fix

Technician examined my vents and my new furnace for me to make sure everything was running properly. He adjusted my furnace and answered questions I had about the warranty and their service agreement option. He even took a minute to help me fix my attic ladder that I didn’t know was broken…sorry! Everyone I’ve worked with at Nardco has been super professional and helpful! They gave me the best estimate on a new furnace and A/C and came with several recommendations from my family and neighbors.

I was previously told by another company I needed my furnace replaced, and after a few days of getting the run around, I called Narco. I’m so glad I did! I called in the morning for an estimate, and Jon was able to meet me 20 min later. Jon informed me that the furnace didn't need replaced, and he could get it fixed the same day or the next morning at the latest. I received an estimate, a service call, and my furnace was fixed all in the same day! Jon was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Nardco and especially my technician Jon!

Our A/C went out during the heat wave. They sent Xavier within hours of our calling. Xavier was knowledgeable, professional, and quickly resolved the A/C issue.
