I have been using Ragano for maintenance and repairs since moving to the area 15+ years ago and I highly recommend them. From the initial call to their office through the completion of service, it is always a positive experience with them. They are prompt, kind and fair. I never feel like I am being gouged and they've never tried to sell me anything I don't need. They always try to make things work first. As a single-mom on a limited income, this is extremely important to me. There is always fear of $$$$ whenever home repairs are needed but when you can trust your vendor, it brings such peace of mind. I called Ragano Htg for a second opinion on replacing my furnace because the first company I called never called me back to set up a time to do the install. Ragano Htg came out the next day with new furnace in hand. 4 workers tackled the removal of the old furnace and replacement of the new one. They were very professional and neat. It took about 6 hours and I was very satisfied with the work that was performed. I would recommend Ragano Htg for your HVAC needs

RAGANO sent Esteban, to our house for an Emergency AC issue, on a Saturday night. On the first hottest day of the season, we turned on, our AC for the 1st time this season. We didn't know there was an issue until 7:00 p.m. at 7:30 I called ragano and Esteban was here before 8 o'clock. He worked to troubleshoot our two AC units and was able to get us up and cooling by 9:30! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and Esteban!

I just signed a contract to have my furnace & AC replaced. Not only did they give me a good price but also took great care to evaluate my needs and recommend reasonable upgrades to my ventilation system and a system that should improve the consistency of the heating and cooling in all areas of my house. They even went the extra mile to make a temporary repair to my blower which had quit working sometime this week when they came out to sign the contract.

Fabyian was excellent!! He was friendly and approachable. We lost heat for 20 hours and he fixed our furnace very quickly!! We recommend Ragano because they are quick to respond and very reasonable in price!!

Love this company! Fair prices. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Just had my new furnace and AC installed today. They spent 10 hours installing and explained everything along way. They made sure everything was working . They did quality work and cleaned up so nicely afterwards. They are truly a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them.

Did a great job checking the furnace and ac. Found a connection problem and prepared my system for winter. Also installed a smart thermostat. Price was very fair for the time spent at the house. Will recommend them to my neighbors.

Fabian did an excellent job when our heater went out this past January and recently this summer when the air conditioner stopped working. He is very knowledgeable, professional and affordable. I highly recommend this company and this technician.
