From initial conversation and estimate all the way through a recent post-installation follow-up issue and repair due to a faulty thermostat component, my experience with the service-oriented and respectful folks at Ragano has been exemplary. I wish I could find more contractors like them - they set a high bar for themselves and meet it.

I hired them to replace a furnace and A/C set and thermostat and their communications and attention to detail have been consistently excellent. They were extremely competitive on price, sought out every possible rebate, and were patient with and thoroughly answered in a timely manner my many pre-decision questions about their product recommendations and installation plan.

I am very happy I found and hired them,and I look forward to recommending them to friends and family.

I have been using Ragano's since we moved to the northwest suburbs 3.5 years ago. Always great service and knowledgeable, friendly technicians who do good work. Esteban and Jerry have recently helped us regarding replacing a lot of duct work in our basement.

Jerry came out and spoke with us in great detail regarding our project. We were having a good amount of cold air return duct replaced due to having asbestos plenum boards removed, which then rendered our return system void. We also needed a variety of supply lines rerun and new supply boots fitted and installed. Not DIY work I was up to do at any means.

Quoted price was very reasonable for the amount of time and work. Jerry and Esteban were here most of a day and they completed everything needed and got our system running by end of day. This was the day after we had a professional asbestos abatement company in removing a good amount of asbestos taped old supply lines and plenum boards (removal was properly done, would never short-cut this type of work, with a final air quality check) so we were without heat for a day. These guys know what they are doing and I'm glad we know a reliable contractor that can turn around quality work.

We have lived in the Schaumburg area for over 30 years and have bounced around with several HVAC companies in the past who were so-so. We decided to try Ragano a couple years ago after a friend recommended them to us. They've come out several times since then to either service or repair our old furnace (that in all honestly should probably be replaced). Our experience with Ragano has been positive from the start. They are always prompt, courteous and professional, and have never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. We have found them to be very honest, affordable and responsive. Ragano came to the rescue again recently when our furnace went out late on a Friday afternoon on one of the coldest sub-zero days of the year. Within the hour, Regano came out to assess the problem and get it working again so we had heat while they worked to order the part right away. They returned early the next morning to finish the repair and the furnace has continued to work great ever since. Thank you Regano for saving the day. We are happy we found you and highly recommend you to anyone.

This company is the best. Everybody from Andrea, Nicole, all the techs, to the owners could not be more accommodating. I would go no place else. Their quality and attention to detail is second to none.

Very satisfied with brand new AC installed by Ragano!! Great service and installation was fast and easy with several technicians coming by for the actual installation. We appreciated that they cleaned up after the installation, so there was very little to do. Our AC works great and we're very happy with our overall experience. Highly recommended!

We have counted on Ragano Heating & Air for many years for their excellent customer service and technicians. They came to our rescue last week when we found out the night before closing that the air-conditioner needed a charge - the closing would have been postponed if wasn’t fixed. Working with their wonderful customer service person, she scheduled a technician who already had put in a full day but still came out and examined/charged the unit so the closing could take place the next morning. We are pleased to recommend them and urge all to give them a try - you will not be disappointed!

I had Ragano install a new HVAC system at my home. They were on time, transparent with what needed to be done, and budget friendly. Superior service! We recently hired Ragano to relocate the AC unit (condenser) from our backyard to the side yard. We were very impressed with the crew. Their work was neat and well done. They asked my opinion on where exactly the new lines would be installed and kept me informed throughout the process. When they discovered a second slab buried below the AC unit, they offered to haul it to the dumpster for us, and they cleaned up the yard around their work area very nicely.

The technician John came out ahead of schedule because he knew we didn’t have heat and he fixed the problem with our furnace quickly/efficiently even though we have old units. He was extremely professional and explained the problem and what we can expect from our furnaces in the near future. We just moved to the area and already had a bad experience with another company, we will call Ragano with all our heating/cooling needs from here on out! The service was affordable in comparison and the technician explained how to best address our system needs for the best price.
