Excellent service. I called on Friday afternoon about a furnace issue and they had a tech at my home quickly. Esteban was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it with a thorough cleaning. He also gave me valuable tips to avoid issues like this in the future. The price was less than expected and very worth it. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my heating and a/c needs.

Ragano not only had the best quote for a new high efficiency furnace and A/C, but they also realized the media air filter was too small and added in the proper size to the quote. Then they did did a phenomenal job installing the new equipment. Afterwards, they vacuumed and swept the basement and left it cleaner than when they arrived. They explained all of the new equipment and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them!

My experience with the Ragano team was excellent. They are responsive and friendly and made installing new AC/furnace units easy from top to bottom. Their high reviews are well-deserved.

Our heat went out on the evening of Jan. 11th and I have young children. I called Ragano due to their great reviews online and sure enough, Fabian came to our house at like 9:30 pm... he spent 2+ hours going above and beyond to help me diagnose the issues in our old house. It turns out I needed to call an electrician to re-run wiring (which I had completed) and Fabian was back at our house within hrs the next day to get our heat back on! I’ve never met a kinder, more thorough, and honest guy in my life. We’ll be life long customers and encourage everyone else to do the same!

We used Ragano HVAC in the spring for our AC they where very good and informative about our system, we liked them so much we decided to use them for our heating system. A different tech came out this time (Esteban), he was excellent, he spent time explaining various functions of our system. We have Ragano on and annual contract and are glad we do. I have no problem giving them a 5 star recommendation. Having two different tech's tell me all of their people must be very good and that starts with the owners.

I called Ragano because I was very unhappy with excessively high prices quoted from another contractor. I wanted a 2nd opinion even if I had to pay for another inspection.

John with Ragano came by, CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem and saved me nearly $600 in labor. So I had him quote an AC replacement for another house. For the EXACT SAME UNIT, Ragano was nearly 30% less expensive.

Phenomenal experience. Representative was contacted after a heating issue. They attempted to problem solve the lack of heat during the phone interaction before even scheduling an appointment. If it was rectified then no charges would have been made. I still scheduled them for a maintenance check and they were out in less than a few hours. Problem was discovered with no extra charge BS and heat was back in order. Top notch company that I will use from here on out. Thank you Ragano.

After having a horrible experience with another company who we definitely did not “consider it done”, called Ragano and really got the job done. Technician Fabian quickly identified the issue and had our air conditioning running in no time. Courteous, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE!

I had a whole new system installed by another company whom I won't mention. Since the system was switched to cooling I've had nothing but issues with the coil freezing and system shutting down. The other company had no idea what was wrong with it and eventually stopped answering phone calls and stopped showing up to appointments.

I gave Ragano Heating and Air Conditioning a call and had a great experience from start to finish. Esteban came out within an hour of my call. He analyzed the system and had a couple suggestions for what could be wrong. He witnessed the system both freezing, and also shutting down. It ended up being a bad TXV valve. He came the next day with the part and a few hours later the system was up and running. This was changed about a week ago and everything has been running great since.

Ragano Heating and Air was "Johnny on the spot". I couldn't have imagined a better experience. The technician Esteban knew his stuff and was very good at explaining the issue and how it can be fixed. The customer care with the women who work the phones and the technician are top notch. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Ragano. The service group who arrived were very able and courteous in beginning the replacement of my a/c condenser and coil. They took care to protect my flooring and used "footies" to come in and out of my home. One of my close neighbors used you initially and were very satisfied, resulting in my contacting you. I signed up for your maintenance contract. Thanks to John and the crew that came with (I think Mike, Pedro....sorry didn't record the other names)...They were great! I will recommend you to anyone looking for a heating/ac firm.
