Esteban was great to work with, knowledgeable, clear and very professional. He explained what he was doing, gave us good recommendations on our system and because of that we will be going to Ragano again for our HVAC needs.

After a technician from another company tried to scam me into buying a new furnace, it was refreshing to deal with this technician, Fabian, who is honest, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Because of his excellent service, Ragano will be my first call for any further HVAC needs!

We have used Ragano a few times now - Mike came once and was very nice and knowledgeable and took care of our issue right away - and his pricing is very reasonable - I knew then I finally found a reputable company after some bad experiences with others .

On the morning of bringing our newborn home from the hospital, my mother called to let us know something was wrong with the thermostat/furnace and the heat was out at our house. Ragano was one of the first companies listed with tons of positive reviews when we were frantically searching for help. They were quick with their response, professional and were able to start assisting immediately with some over the phone troubleshooting. We had heat and a cozy home return to by the time we arrived that afternoon. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends and will use their services for any future HVAC needs. My furnace is 17 years old and gets kind of loud when it starts up. I found a company on Groupon that offered 40 dollar tuneups. This shady company tried scamming into buying a whole new HVAC system. They said, my furnace was blowing harmful CO through out my house and that the part wasn't worth fixing because of how old system is. And, after the tech left, I heard this knocking noise that I never heard before.

So, I searched on the local neighborhood forums for legit HVAC companies and found Ragano. And, I'm so glad I did. Esteban came the next day and removed a piece of paper that was blocking the fan and tested my house for CO levels which all read 0. Esteban was very friendly and explained to me that I needed a new blower motor for my furnace which price wise was very reasonable (instead of the 9300 the other company quoted me for).

I scheduled another appointment with Ragano to replace the blower motor and Fabian came by early morning. He replaced the blower motor which had been making all the noise with no complications. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The money I paid was worth every penny and now my furnace is whisper quiet and much stronger.

These guys are legit as they come and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I love how they don't try to upsell extra products. There's a lot of shady companies out there who will try to scam you. Big props to the owner for having such a great staff who have good morals and work ethics. Job well done RAGANO !!!

Fabian came and did the standard check up for our furnace and found our 1yr old humidifier wasn't working. He dig into the problem with another tech on the way out. And came back with a solution. He cleaned out the solenoid that sent water to the unit and replaced the filter. It was all clogged up due to a recent plumping work we had done. These guys put in my furnace and ac. They did my moms also. I will call the everytime! Cant go wrong with Ragano!!!

I always have a good experience with your company. The fellas are so knowledgeable in this field, and polite, and neat. This time Fabian came to check my furnace. He had more trouble getting the door to the closet open
(where the furnace is). He was so patient and careful not to break the door and when he left, the door was in better condition then when he started. He carefully checked the furnace and explained to me why I needed a certain part. There should be more people in the world like him. He really knows his trade, is polite, neat, interesting, and gets the job done. I'm looking forward to him checking my air conditioner in the spring. Thank you for hiring such a professional man who knows his trade, and likes what he does.

Fabian arrived a few minutes early, which I appreciated. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. He did a great job and answered all my questions. We will use Ragano heating and air conditioning for our future needs.

As a renter our landlord contracted Rango. Can't say enough about how amazing they were. Always early for appointment time, explained what was going on and the fixes that were tried 3 in total. Ultimately had new units installed. We were able to be worked into the schedule during the hot spell. Crew was clean, safe and polite. Highly recommend their services.

I requested a quote via Yelp. Fast reply within half an hour or less. Check-up service was scheduled for same day between 1pm and 3pm. The technician showed up right after 1pm. Was very polite and friendly. Technician introduced himself, put on shoe covers and proceeded to check the furnace. He explained what he was doing. Then spoke about when maintenance should be done. He also pointed out an issue with water pump that can develop into a problem with time. He was not trying to sell anything or insisting that I should through them and have it done right away. He explained what would be done and rough price for parts and labor.
After work was done I paid using credit card and invoice was sent to my email a day later.
I enjoyed technical service I received and would definitely recommend this company. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Not pushing to sell anything. Just a great overall experience.
