Cory, technician, was prompt, polite, and performed the service in a friendly and professional manner. Answered any questions I had and provided helpful info while working on the furnace .

Had 2 technicians (on separate occasions) address a blockage and igniter problem and both identified correctly but I had to call back in again due to unit shutting down because of a part identification problem. Technician, Miguel, was outstanding and resolved problem. I highly recommend this company because they continued to show their respect for the Customer and proceeded until satisfaction was achieved and problem totally resolved. As a note, I have used this company over 15 years for heating and air conditioning.

We use their yearly maintenance plan, and it is more than worth the money. JT found a crack in our furnace during routine maintenance that would have caused a Carbon Monoxide leak once we turned the furnace on. Even after comparing with other companies, Golden Seal Service Experts was the most economical. Working with Bill to choose the right furnace and thermostat was easy, they have a great financing option and work to get you every rebate possible, and they were able to install within 2 days! We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I have been a customer of Golden Seal since 2005 when I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. We also have used their annual maintenance plan and both the furnace and air conditioner continue to run as good as new. Their maintenance staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. When my 16 year old water heater decided to stop working last week, I called Golden Seal to see if they also sold and installed water heaters. They did and I was referred to Matt Richardson who offered to come to our house the following day. Matt inspected our laundry room and had concerns that the new, larger model water heaters may not fit in our small space. We also wanted to take this opportunity to replace the flooring in the laundry room, but couldn’t be without a water heater long enough to tile the area where the heater would sit. Matt said he would check on water heater sizes for us and think about how we could handle the flooring issue. By the next day Matt had answers for us. Not only did he find a water heater that would fit our space, but went to Home Depot and looked for something that we could use to cover the old tile under the heater. Not finding anything to his satisfaction, he mentioned this to another customer who offered to cut us a piece of marble to perfectly fit under the new water heater and would butt up to our new tile. Matt worked on his own time to find a resolution to our problems. His friendly personality and dedication to customer service was far beyond our expectations. He also came to the installation to make sure we were happy with the final product. The installation team of Victor and Ernesto did an excellent job fitting the new tank in place and making all the new connections look like a custom job. They were always considerate of the cleanliness of our home by laying tarps and covering their shoes. Both my wife and I were extremely happy with the final product, the excellent service and the friendliness of everyone involved. I would highly recommend Golden Seal to anyone for their HVAC needs.
