Corey was responsive to coordinate an adjusted arrival time on my end. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable that was very knowledgeable about my unit. He went above and beyond to investigate a leak by my unit and helped troubleshoot a plumbing issue also. Highly professional and courteous.

JT was the technician who was sent out to repair our AC today. He was professional, courteous and went out of his way to answer my questions.

JT did an excellent job of presenting various options as well as his recommendations. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need. I will make a point of requesting him for our fall furnace inspection.

Mark and Larry came to bring our furnaces up to code, and fix a small leak. They did a great job, and were so nice and easy to talk to. They did such a nice job I'd ask for them by name next time if I could.

Edgar did a great job today checking out my AC and furnace. He explained several things I had questions about on my furnace . He told me he was making notes on my account for the next visit and was ordering a new filter to be sent to my house since he didn’t have that size with him.

Cory was our Golden Seal technician today and performed our HVAC Scheduled Maintenance. He was friendly, professional and informative. Also, on time and efficient. Great Service Visit!

Although I’ve had many of those services done when first installed back in 2015. Since then: Corey did a wonderful job on February 25, 2023 for just doing the Heating System maintenance, changing out the filter and he checked the humidifier unit. This helps keeps my heating/cooling system working properly! 😊
