Kenny from Golden Seal was our technician today. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained his concerns regarding an issue with our furnace and educated us on our options. I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

Bill and Kenny came out to do our maintenance on our heater. They informed me that our unit is old and parts are beginning to wear out. They also informed me that we should think about our options of keeping the unit or replacing it but they were not pushy about it. That’s what I like! I don’t care for the ones that are pushy with trying to sell you something new. These two were not pushy at all! Thank you!

My fiancé and I recently bought a home and of course on the coldest days yet and during the holidays our ac unit started leaking water! We called other companies no response, no answer. I made an appointment online to golden seal and almost instantly within a few minutes got a call to confirm. Service expert Cole did an amazing job explaining and fixing the issue. Highly satisfied!
