Just had Ron come to service our furnace and humidifier. Did a thorough job and explained everything he did which was appreciated. Will use them again in future.

JT was super helpful and took time to explain everything. We have used Golden Seal for quite awhile and they always come through.

After weeks of problems, Jose came in and did solid assessment and found problems with installation that others had missed. Great service and customer relations on his part!

They had great attention to detail and fixed our problem immediately before moving on to show us and correct minor issues we didn't even know about. Cold day to have your heat stop working. Called Golden Seal. They sent a fantastic representative named Dylan. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He showed me exactly what was wrong with the unit. He fixed this problem quickly..Dylan made us feel comfortable with his honesty. Happy to have them come back out and service our heating and air every six months. We highly recommend Golden Seal.

Bill is a very dedicated employee and also a customer of GS. I recommend you ask for Bill specifically when it comes to reviewing your HVAC wants and needs, because he will thoroughly scope out the whole project. Thanks Bill!

Called Golden Seal last night as my blower stopped working on my furnace charged me 99.00 trip fee and 95.00 in labor for the service tech to do exactly what I did, open my unit look around turn in on & off check for water or ice. Close it all back up to tell me what I already knew I have a bad blower 1200 to repair and he couldn't do it until they ordered the part then proceeded to sell my their rental unit plans for 8,000. So basically I could have paid myself 200.00 to tell myself what I already knew. Heard back this morning from the company who installed my unit they have the part in stock & told me I do not need a new furnace the one I have is only midway through its life cycle and he could put a new blower/motor in for 500.00. Lesson learned I went into panic mode when my blower stopped, giving me no AC on a very hot day. I should have taken my time to be uncomfortable for a night to figure out my best options because I still had to go without AC anyway. This place did nothing. Never again will I use them or recommend them totally useless & not an honest company. I told them what was wrong when I called they could have told me then they don't carry parts and would need to be ordered. I also told them I am not going to buy a new furnace so they knew this all upfront. I would check out more honest companies.
