So happy that our building has ServiceMax for our heating and AC . Very professional, excellent service and reasonable prices. Just had Dave arrive early and replace our burned out blower motor ! Working great.

Malek Heating was a godsend when our furnace broke down on an extremely cold day. Steve from Malek arrived on time, was extremely knowledge and got our furnace up and running within an hour. We will absolutely be using Malek again if we have any other HVAC problems.
