I have worked with ServiceMax for at least a decade. Recently, I had an emergency at a rental property at night. A ServiceMax pro was there within 20 minutes and shut off a broken pipe. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for being there when it counted!

We had problems with our brand new dishwasher not working. They were super responsive and fixed our problem. Really appreciated their service and customer service as well. I would highly recommend hiring their services. Everyone was great- Jose, Mike and Sandy.

Couldn't be more pleased with the team at ServiceMax. We had a small emergency on a Monday night and I called hoping to set up an appointment the following day. Mike insisted on coming out that night to fix the problem and stayed until he knew the issue was resolved. Pricing was more than reasonable.

I had a burnt out outlet which caused the switch to turn off automatically with spark whenever I flipped it on. there was a dispatch charge of $49 which I was ok. When the electrician came out, he said that they will a charge of $230 before he opens the outlet cover. He said that it may be a simple job of replacing the outlet which I could do by myself for $20. But it could be a wire issue he said. As it turned out, it was a simple outlet replacement and I was charged for $230. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes to complete. Way more expensive for a simple task than I thought.

ServiceMax installed a Mitsubishi Mini Split heat pump in my condo. All of the personnel working on the system were professional, nice, and went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend ServiceMax to others. I am completely satisfied with the job and look forward to working with this company again in the future.

My electricity didn’t work in my living room because I over loaded it with heaters after my boiler stopped working. The guys were great explaining what the problem was and what they had to do to correct it. They did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. I went to the grocery store and when I came home it was done.

Dave did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing my electrical issues. When he was finished, he caulked around the outside light fixture causing the problem (nice touch).

As always, Service Max was professional, diligent and clean. The job was supposed to be two days and they stayed late and finished it in one. It is nice to deal with service companies that are true to their word and provide excellent service.

Technician cracked the case around my humidifier during a routine cleaning AND failed to tell me about it. Accidents happen, but don't leave that part out when you're charging me the normal price. He re-attached it using duct tape, which fell off a couple weeks later and left hot air leaking out in my utility closet.

Would not recommend. Dishonest and poor quality of service.

Jeff did a great job and Jose kept in touch to let me know when they could do the jobs I had on my list. Ceiling fan install and the new lights look great. And thank you for fixing a few that were broken.
