I own Domicile Consulting which is a home inspection business and refer Servicemax to my clients. I used them for the first time on my own house recently when I needed to replace my boiler. They did an outstanding job of installing a complex system in a restricted area and the workmanship is exceptional. I feel even better now about recommending them for work and would definitely have them perform work for me again.

Very disappointed with this business after seeing such amazing ratings. I recently went under contract on a mixed use commercial space and was under tight inspection period where I needed an estimate for electrical and plumbing work. Seeing the amazing reviews I reached out to ServiceMax and they said no problem I could get an estimate via sending my inspection report to them by the end of the day. That was over 3 days ago and I was forced to find another provider last minute this morning to help me. Very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness after multiple attempts to get a reply or update.

ServiceMax was a great find! They have been able to help figure out solutions to problems other contractors did a poor job with or couldn't handle at all, and Mike and his team make it look easy! As a property manager, they have been my go-to for many HVAC issues, as I know they are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and dependable group of contractors. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

ServiceMax put in a new AC, new radiator boiler, and new hot water system for us over the last year. They were great. They communicated well and just did simply impeccable work. I would use them again without a doubt. Highly recommend.

We had two technicians run through a long punch list of items that have needed addressing for years. They were exceedingly professional and efficient.

I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. My issue with a breaker box came on a 7 degree Chicago weekend and Mike managed to do a temporary fix so I had heat and electricity until the problem could be permanently resolved on Monday. Phone calls are returned promptly, the workers clean up after the work is done and overall, provide a reassuring quality of work.

I've been a customer of Servicemaxx since December 2017 and I have been satisfied with their service and prices. They also have promotions that you can use which saves you a few bucks. The only con is sometimes I have to wait a really long time to get on their schedule if I need something repaired. It's understandable in the summer as it gets busy. But other than that, I'm very pleased with their customer service and Mike is very knowledgeable and takes time to inspect and diagnose what is wrong. I had a drain problem in my bathroom tub and the person who was supposed to show up had a family emergency. And Mike came on the weekend to fix it which I really appreciate.

I had them remove the old water heater, AC unit and furnace and move some piping around and they did a terrific job! They maximized the spaced in my basement and the unit is running great and haven't had a problem. Been over 8 months now and not a single issue. Units run great and their customer service is top notch! All their employees were professional and would recommend them to any of my friends and family! Great guys! A+ Reliable, honest and trustworthy.

Mike responded promptly after I chatted online on their website with Eric on Sunday morning, and two field guys replaced my old XL80 Trane furnace with a newer model XV80 on Monday morning, job well done and super smooth. I have used their service before in 2018 and found their service is always of high quality and less expensive.

Amazing! The entire process was super easy, well communicated, and happened on my schedule. They installed a new boiler into my apartment building at a competitive price. I would highly highly recommend you use them for any HVAC/ boiler / radiant heat needs you have.
