I've been using Malek Heating & Cooling for a couple of years now. They are very experienced, professional and reasonable company. They are very responsive to my requests and provide multiple solutions that address my needs and budget. I would recommend this company to my friends and family for all your HVAC needs, whether it be residential or commercial!

Scheduled an appointment, they cancelled during their expected service window. They then rescheduled, I called & noted that nobody was sent out to dispatch. They indicated that they'd call me back within 20 minutes - which they didn't. I proceeded to call them & left a voicemail, called them two more times after that. I wasted the whole day waiting for them.

This is absolutely Excellent 5 star HVAC co in Chicagoland. My AC was leaking water on my ceiling. Mike Malek diagnosed, photographed the problem & fixed it within minutes. He's very professional, honest & got the job done quickly and did not even charge me. I'm recommending this company to all my clients, coworkers & friends. Before I called Malek, 2 other companies did not show up & did not fix the problem and ripped me off for big bucks.

I used the electrician of their services. I had a client that needed an outlet box and a light fixture installed. The electrician was prompt, professional and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend.

Great service, great quality of work, but they are expensive. It just depends on your priorities. I'll keep these guys on my list for future work because of their top-notch communication and diligence, but they were significantly more expensive than other services.
