I can't believe how great these guys are. I spoke with Ed after having another company come out that were not able to handle the issue on my AC. I was pretty frustrated. Ed calmed me down on the phone and I immediately felt confident it would be fixed. He stayed on the phone with me for a while and we had a great conversation. Ed went above and beyond to scramble a tech to my house in the middle of the afternoon. Tech Glen showed up and was a top notch professional. He performed a few tests which proved the other company was not on the right track with my issue. Glen fixed the issue within 30mins and immediately the unit began working perfectly. This was quite honestly the best experience I ever had with hiring anyone to do work at my house. These guys are the BEST. Very grateful. Thank You so much.

I'm so glad that businesses like GMS still exist. Don't bother calling those mega HVAC repair places that you see advertised everywhere. Dealt with Ed, and then had Glenn and Craig for my repair work. They were fast, clean, knowledgeable, and very professional. The price was excellent and they didn't add any unnecessary "extras" like the other places do. If I ever have any HVAC issues in the future, GMS is the only call I will make. Thank you guys!

After using probably 7 or so HVAC companies over the past 20 years, I would never call anyone else again. GMS was the best of the best! After a not so great experience with another company that was very confusing and provided an astronomical quote to repair/replace my existing furnace humidifier, I called out GMS for a second opinion. Greg was awesome! He was very detailed and showed/explained the whole process to me on whether to repair vs. replace. Both options were very reasonable and not even close to the previous company that had just been here. Also, I noticed that he never commented on or insulted the first company that had been here, but just provided his advice and expertise! Very professional!

He installed a brand new furnace humidifier and a new Smart thermostat at a very reasonable price. He left my furnace room cleaner than it was before and also helped me set up the new Ecobee! It has now been very cold and the humidifier is working perfectly as expected, and the new thermostat is awesome.

Use GMS - I couldn't have been more impressed or satisfied with the whole experience. I now have a trusted partnership with an HVAC company for all my future needs!

GMS saved the day! AC broke down in the morning on a hot day. Their phone support helped me safely take control of the situation. GMS crew arrived prepared, uniformed with parts in-stock on the branded truck. Class act.

Long story short, the house was cooling properly in minutes. They were done before the other local providers even called us back with estimates - and the GMS price was the lowest at that...

I had GMS come out a couple months ago to replace my evaporator coil in my townhouse and it was a great experience. So when my dad called and said his AC wasn't working, I knew exactly who to call. Glen came out the same day and replaced our dual capacitor. He was friendly and explained exactly what he was doing.

The best around! Always quick to come out and fix our problems. Amazing service and the nicest most informative employees.

Ed is very responsive, courteous and on time. The people he has working for him are professional, knowledgeable and clean up after the job. Our install of our new ac unit went extremely smooth. I highly recommend GMS.

I used GMS Heating and Cooling last month and it was such a positive experience. They showed up on time, sent a crew of three young men that were very professional, friendly, and hard workers. It took 11 hours to replace my furnace and air conditioning unit and when they were done took the time to explain everything to me and left the area so clean. I have now found a company I would not hesitate to call and have been telling my friends about them. Great job GMS !

Frigid temps and snow didn’t even stop the guys at GMS Heating!!! My wife and I were out of town over the weekend only to come home to what we thought was a blown furnace with our main floor of the house temp dropping into the 40s! This happened at 4:36p today...we had heat by 6p!!!

We did like most people and searched for emergency heating services. We called ABC and those guys came out in about an hour only to diagnose a pressure switch error, collector box failure, and needing a heat exchanger replaced. They even recommended having their consultant to come out and present options to replace.

I remembered a friend mentioned having an awesome company that did great work, market reasonably priced, and will be honest...GMS.

I made the call, Glen was here in about an hour, diagnosed the problem TOTALLY different than the ABC tech...and most importantly saves us THOUSANDS of dollars! We were back in action with heat in less than an hour. While GMS was here, the ABC consultant showed up and I told them we no longer needed their service due to their inaccurate diagnosis of the problem. We’re filing a complaint with the BBB based on their consultation and diagnosis...of which we STILL paid for and it was INACCURATE!

I can’t say enough about how timely, cost effective, and genuine these guys were! I will only call them from now on and HIGHLY RECOMMEND GMS Heating for their services!

Called them on a 94 degree day to see how soon they could come out to look @ my AC unit. Luckily the techs were a few blocks away was given a time of 7pm they showed up around 6ish. Fixed my AC and had me cooling back off quickly. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again.
