After 26 years, our old AC compressor failed Tuesday evening. After seeing recommendations on the NextDoor app and reading reviews, we contacted GMS for a quote. They completed the installation of a new unit yesterday evening. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and did a very professional installation. They also left the site very clean. We give them a high recommendation.

I was referred to GMS by my best friend. Called and spoke to Ed on the phone and he had Glen meet me at my home a short while later on the same day. GMS saves the day!! 1 week after moving into our condo we discovered that the entire heating/cooling system was DOA. GMS was able to give us an extremely competitive quote and had incredibly professional and timely service. They installed an all new system for us which runs quietly and more efficiently to boot. As new homeowners, Glen, Ed and the team explained everything patiently and thoroughly so that we understood what was needed and how to maintain our new system. Can't recommend this great local company enough!

Ed and Glen went out of their way to assist me when my furnace was not working properly during a sub zero day that so happened to also be the weekend and (Super Bowl Sunday). They were genuine with their recommendations and tried their best to assist me in fixing the problem via phone first then came out when that did not work. They did not try and sell or push products on me, rather they gave advice and recommendations that they themselves use at their own homes. I would recommend this company to anyone and anyone that is looking for genuine good and reliable customer service.

Total Professionals!! From the initial consultation through the installation, this company so impressed me that I cannot shout out praise for them enough!! Co-owners Ed and Glen are honest, fair, and total pros. Pricing was fair and the installation of the furnace was prompt and problem free. My new furnace is wonderful!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and consider them for your next furnace or a/c replacement. You will NOT be disappointed!!

All I can say is this company really DOES care about its customers. During COVID-19 my parents AC compressor died, a different local company who installed the unit REFUSED to come out and do warranty work. I guess they could not make enough money doing warranty work and they were upset because I did not choose them to service my furnace annually. But GMS came out and finished the job days earlier than projected. I work for an HVAC parts company and I will recommend GMS to all my customers for new systems install and maintenance. I spoke directly with the owner and he called me back within minutes when ever I had questions. A++++++++++ its good to know local small businesses still exist like GMS and stand behind the products they install. A++++++++++++++++ GREAT JOB.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

These guys are the best, I called at 4:30pm after their competitor company who recently installed my heater a.c. unit were closed, voice mail. I than called GMS after reading their great reviews. Spoke to Ed who was on another job, but said he or one of his guys would be there shortly. 3 guys showed up and not only fixed my a.c. but Ed also found a gas leak that the other company had missed and fixed it for free. The reviews are all true, these guys are extremely fair very reliable, and do excellent work. THANK YOU GMS

I had a garage furnace installed today by GMS Heating and Cooling. I was extremely satisfied with (a) their exact arrival time, (b) they kept the job at the price of the estimate even though it had taken them 1.5 longer hours to complete due to unanticipated complications after opening the wall, and (c) their positive attitude. This type of service means a great deal to me. As such, I have already asked them to provide me with a bid to replace my 25 year old furnace. Highly recommend the team at GMS.
