I was referred to Ultimate HVAC by a family member who spoke highly of them, and I'm happy to say I had the same great experience. Edgar showed up a few hours after I called them for help, and he was very professional and courteous as he looked at an issue with my furnace. More importantly to me though, he answered every one of my many questions, and he thoroughly explained what he was seeing as he walked me through his diagnosis.

Edgar came and installed a power humidifier on short notice. He did a great job and, as always, we were very satisfied with our overall experience with Ultimate HVAC. We will continue to turn to them for our heating/cooling needs.

Edgar stopped by for an estimate for installing some dryer vents. Price was fair and he did it same day. Very happy with results.

Quoted a later arrival time, was able to come earlier to fix furnace, was thorough in explaining and fix problem. Then tech proceed to give discount on faulty part. All this done on Christmas eve with a sub zero deg freeze where the furnace was over worked. This made my family happy. Very good experience. Thank you

I used Ultimate HVAC many times, job ranges from adjusting condensation pump, install thermostat or the whole heating system. They are always available and responsive. They did miss little things here and there sometimes, but they always come back quickly to fix them. I had tenant moving in once and the AC is not working. Their technician squeezed it in their schedule after work hours without me having to ask twice. They are a very well organized and hard working group. It's great to have a company that I can rely on.

Very professional and informative. I The technician always explains in detail what has been done, what needs to be done, and what causes the issues. I've never had an HVAC company really explain things in detail. I used another company that did not do a thorough maintenance check, and it cost me $$$$ to have to replace a unit. I am very happy with Ultimate HVAC!

Cannot say enough great things about Ultimate HVAC!! We called them when our AC stopped working and they were wonderful from the start. We reached out to them when it was 90+ degrees and despite them having a busy schedule, they were able to get a technician out to us the same day. Edgar came to our house and diagnosed the problem right away and was able to install our new AC unit within a few days. He was professional and so patient in answering all of our questions.
