Johnathan was very informative, when I called him he understood my concerns! They came the next day and really explained the process. He gave me options that fit my budget. I have had many communications with Ultimate HVAC, primarily with Jonathan. I cannot praise this company adequately. I am sorry that I had not found them sooner. I wrote a long review on YELP and do not really want to re-write such a long one once more.

Unfortunately, there was a fire in my son's condo building which affected both is furnace and air conditioning unit. I made the mistake of having another company install the furnace. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! I will not venture into the problems that developed from the lack of knowledge by the other company's lack of knowledge by their technicians. That company was not able to install duct work that was removed by the fire company. Fortunately, Chano from Ultimate, was able to install the duct work with relatively no problem.

I did not use the original company to install an air conditioning unit for which I had agreed to do so. My lack of trust with them drew me to Ultimate again.

Timeliness of response, professionalism, knowledge, punctuality, quality of work and pricing are high points for Ultimate. Ah, I cannot forget honesty!

I highly recommend Ultimate and I wish great success for this company. I hope that through the many excellent reviews, the public will go directly to them before seeking out another vendor.

Yesterday 4th of July my A.C. went out, we called 3 other company's and they where all close. When I called Ultimate HVAC they had one of their technicians in less than 1hr. Ultimate HVAC are very reliable and helpful.

Chano and his team are professional and courteous. I called them when my furnace went out and they had my 12 year old unit back up and running within an hour. No bs, no salesmen, just honest service and I will definitely call them when I need to replace it

They were able to come the same day I called and thank goodness they were! The price was fair and they were able to fix my air conditioning issue fairly quickly! Will definitely use again!

Truly great service, up to date and very knowledgeable on older and newer HVAC systems (we have both). The owner even walked me through some maintanence I was able to do on my own. Highly recommended!

Great local company. My ac fan on my condensor went out. I called 6 places. Many voicemails and the ones I did reach wouldnt come out for a small job om a weekend. Chano came out on Saturday and replaced the motor and the capacitor. He was reliable and honest. He gave me straight forward answers to my questions and I highly recommend his company.

Johnathon & Chano were extremely professional, punctual & very pleasant to work with. They even arranged for a scrap man to come and take an old wall heater & dryer that wasnt working. I would highly recommend them!!!
