Ultimate HVAC Heating & Cooling

Very helpful and friendly. We've been at our new home for about a year, and have had issues with the weak heating/cooling in our kids' rooms since the beginning. Several other services I tried before weren't very helpful - often dismissive. I called Ultimate because they were close and had good reviews. Jonathan and Chano came out the next day. They were much more receptive to my concerns, and more thorough in looking into my issue. They figured out that there were closed dampers for the ducts to our kids rooms that were covered by drywall from before (!). They helped me right there to cut a hole to the controls and open up the dampers! I'm so glad that I was able to find and use Ultimate HVAC and have already recommended them to others. Needless to say, I'll be using them from now on.

Ultimate HVAC came out the same day I called for service. They were out to diagnose the problem with my boiler in just a few hours. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and tells it as it is. No run around or bad sales pitches. I appreciate the transparency they gave. This was a job for a professional and I'm happy I went with them. I will be using them in the future.

One of the AC condensers in my house wasn't working so I had Ultimate HVAC come out to give me an estimate for a repair as well as an AC/furnace replacement. Jonathan got the problematic AC condenser working, free of charge, and explained in great detail all of my options as far as Heating and Cooling for my Lincolnwood home. Because of the economic times I'm not sure if it's in my family's budget to replace the AC/furnace right now, however, In the future if I choose to move forward with this replacement I will strongly consider Ultimate HVAC's estimate. They were helpful, courteous & professional about everything, as well as kindly taking the time to speak to me on the phone about the issue 1 week later, so I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

I called and spoke to Jonathan he was very polite and very informative said he would be at my house within 15 minutes. He arrived on time and even helped me with the first time discount. I would definitely recommend Ultimate HVAC and use them again.

Chano helped to install our HVAC service (a 2 person job) and suggested cleaning our air returns. He was VERY knowledgeable and professional in all areas of our service needs! He went out of his way to be accommodating and make sure we were pleased with his work. Our system is working perfectly and our vent system is spotless! Chano is honest and fairly priced. We will not hesitate to use him again and refer him to our family and friends.

We received great service from Jonathan and his father! They were responsive and fixed the problem with our aging humidifier. Our issue arose on Saturday morning and Jonathan was at our house before noon on that same day. Highly recommend this company.

I had been having air conditioning issues ever since I moved in to my new place a few months ago. After having others look at the unit and actually create more problems for me, I finally found the Ultimate team who was able to come out and diagnose the same day - also taking safety precautions by wearing masks during COVID. What’s more, before they started on what was sure to be a labor and cost intensive project, they did a second round of diagnosis to be 100% sure they knew what the problem was before digging in - ultimately saving time and money! Overall, great experience with these guys and will certainly put them in my phone should there be any other issues in the future.
