Ultimate HVAC Heating & Cooling

I used ultimate HVAC in the past when our furnace was smelling and loud and they came right out and were honest and upfront and never pressured me to buy/upgrade anything I didn't need. They did however inform me that the furnace was old (which I knew) and that the AC system was using a refrigerant that was no longer used and therefore had to be replaced if it stopped working. Low and behold 2 years later the AC converter blew and I knew it was time for an upgrade. Called Ultimate HVAC and they came same day sooner than scheduled and were back the next day to install our new AC and Furnace. The entire time they were upfront and hard working and even provided some upgrades that were not included in the proposal at no extra charge. They have great financing options too! I will be continuing to use Ultimate HVAC for all my heating and cooling needs. Thanks again!

I had a great experience with Ultimate HVAC. AC went out when it's in the 90s of course. They were here within 1 hour from when I called! Chano and Edgar were very professional and diagnosed the issue right away and were able to get my AC back up and running. I will definitely be using them to replace my very old AC and Furnace! Very professional. Showed me everything he was working on and why he made the recommendations he made. Documented everything with video and pics. Came out on Jan 1, with just 12 hours notice.

This company is so professional. Jonathan answered my call at 7am and was out to my grandmother’s house by 9:50 am! He texted me updates regarding his timing, and was super responsive. We ended up having to work with the gas company as well, and Jonathan was readily available to come to the house to make sure he could be there to get the heat working as soon as the gas supply was repaired. I was never waiting on him, and he was very communicative and great to work with. I cannot say enough. Have been singing their praise ever since. We also called Ultimate HVAC for our own house in the past, and again, the response was immediate and everyone was awesome to work with. Highly recommend these guys!!

Fantastic job and very professional. My furnace broke so I called Saturday morning and was able to get a 1pm appt. Then, they called back and said a technician was close and came by around 10am! They were even able to do full install on Monday. They provided great advice and it felt like they were always trying to help and take care of our situation.

John and the team at Ultimate HVAC are fantastic. Arrived on time and very friendly. Had general maintenance done, and replaced an old humidifier. Gave me several options for repair/replacement and an honest opinion on what to do. Would highly recommend for any HVAC needs. Thanks!

I had no idea who to call when our 75 gallon water heater started leaking. I contacted a friend and he recommended Ultimate HVAC. I was very grateful as I spoke with Chano from Ultimate HVAC and he came to the house within an hour of when I called him. He saw the issue and made sure we picked out the right replacement model for my needs. He was back the next day and took care of everything while making sure to prep the home to avoid any damage from taking the old one out and bringing the new one in. It was a tight fit but he made sure to measure and go slow. It was nice to have a great experience and I plan to call him again for any other HVAC related needs.
