I had an appointment with Tom today for an estimate on new heat and air. He never called or showed up. I guess this company is not hurting for business.

Our furnace went out on Monday saw a number of dowe and Wagner on my furnace so I called they were here in 20 minutes told me it was the blower my furnace is 36 years old so I tried to get financing for a new one I got denied because I had to get a new roof and appliances over the summer but they never gave up on us brought 2 space heaters over and had 3 options for us if the first one didnt work came back Wednesday guaranteed I would have heat and I do ,also let me post date a check I'm getting a new one soon and gave us a discount what a great company 5 stars is not enough if u need a furnace ,and a wonderful company dowe&wagner kevin Sova and connie tranberg 12/12/18
