Had my AC unit serviced today for its annual time up. The tech was prompt, courteous and explained everything to me. Discussed the pros and cons of the different types of filters and and told me what to look for as far as when to change it. He answered all my questions as far as replacement of my furnace. It was installed back in 2007. Will be using them in the future.

My experience was absolutely horrible. They thought it was ok to charge me for the time they are on the phone with support. So we paid for the technician to go to school, to learn. I mean if your in this business then you should know how to fix equipment. We called this people because they installed the unit. They charged us way more than we were supposed to be charged and then charged us the time they sat on phone with support. Don’t call these people and be careful if you do. They still didn’t figure out the actual problem - over $470 later.

Ted was wonderful! He was on time, and efficient with his work. He went above and beyond to be discreet so my crazy dogs wouldn’t go into a barking frenzy. I appreciate that he walked me through what he was going to be working on and looking for. You really have a great asset to your team!

I called this company to set up a person to come out and explained to them exactly what I’m having issues with. It’s a simple fix with our HVAC duct to the roof not properly attached to the chimney spout. I just need it connected back to the roof spout to stop condensation from pooling down. I was told it was going to cost $160 just for them to come out look at it and diagnose what the problem is (even though I know what the problem is.) Then I was told they won’t know when they can send someone out. They will call me when they know a day/time... meanwhile we sit here with a leak to our kitchen ceiling from the condensation. I read other reviews about this same thing with this company. I guess we will look elsewhere for a more reliable helpful company.

The team went over and above to provide stellar customer service on the coldest day of the year (polar vortex -70 degrees) to replace my ancient and extremely heavy radiant heat boiler! This was one of the most amazing service teams I have ever worked with. The technicians, foreman, office staff, and manager worked closely to deliver compassionate, prompt, professional, friendly, and organized service. I have recommended them to several friends already.

Have Dowe and Wagner to perform my yearly furnace maintenance and have always been pleased with their service. Their pricing may be a bit higher than some of the competitors, but wish I had gone with them instead of Four Seasons when I purchased my new A/C.

I purchased a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system along with an Evolution wi-fi controlled thermostat/humidity controller. Everything has been working flawlessly. The installers arrived when scheduled and worked hard to get everything to fit into my small utility room. The new thermostat was late to arrive from the factory but Dowe & Wagner installed a temporary thermostat to keep the systems running until the new Evolution arrived - at no extra charge! Highly recommended!

Ive used Dowe and Wagner in the past and they treated me fairly. This time however, they were in rip-off mode. I needed a new 40/5 Duel Capacitor. They charged me $362.00 to replace the part. $150.)) for the service and 212 for the part that can be bought anywhere for around $20.00. I have no problem paying a little extra for a part they carry on their truck but at over a 1000% markup that is ridiculous. I was thinking on using them to replace my ac unit in the future but will look elsewhere now!

Got my furnace replaced. They were on time. Finished the job and I couldnt be happier with the guys that did the install. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dowe and Wagner
