OUTSTANDING JOB!!! They showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner. I replaced my 20 year old furnace and a/c. Respectfully, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

The tech that I met with earlier today had great customer service and was definitely knowledgeable. However, the pricing for repairs is pretty ridiculous. We were quoted DOUBLE what another area company was going to charge us for the exact same repair. I always check reviews before going with a company for any home repairs...hope this helps someone!

I urge you to exercise caution when working with Dowe and Wagner. Between the calling them to see where the person is who is scheduled to come only to find out they either cancelled my appointment (without letting me know) or forgot to let me know they are behind (and this happened at least 3 times) to trying to convince me a repair was going to be multi-thousands that ended up only being a couple of hundred. I could just be one of those "special" people that coincidentally everything wrong happens to in this case, but just be cautious.

Did an online request, for my girlfriend, to set up an appointment to have furnace looked at months ago, got zero response. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and did a second request to set up an appointment a few weeks ago, girlfriend got a response text that someone would be in contact about setting up appointment, never heard from them again.

The team was professional and concerned about our satisfaction. We were very happy with the results of a rather complicated installation in a hundred year old masonry home.

Extremely satisfied with new install of heat and air. Eric, Ted and another gentleman in which we did not get the name of. All were very careful laying down clothes to cover floors. Will be sure to send anyone in need of great service. Thank you!
