DJ from Dowe & Wagner was here and cleaned my furnace and checked it out for the winter. He did a very good job of explaining everything he did. He called me when he was on his way. He is a very pleasant young man.

Me and my family had our AC unit poop out on us during some of the hottest days we had during the summer months, i cannot say much for the home warranty team as they sucked in getting my issue resolved. However i can speak volumes for the hard work, great customer service and everything else Dowe and Wagner did to help my family get back to a "cool" situation. I especially want to thank Ted Rojano who did the install and went above and beyond to ensure that my system was running properly. Thank Dowe and Wagner, I would definately reccomend you to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Having Rich Hanson with Richmond's Dowe & Wagner, Inc. show up at my building was a lucky break for me. Originally, I called Black Diamond to find out why the boiler was clicking. It had never done it before and I wanted to be proactive before the boiler broke down. Black Diamond charged right around 1700.00 (Part of that was for a pipe section I wanted replaced because originally two different metals were put next to each other which caused disintegration.) and the clicking continued. About a month later the clicking stopped and so did the boiler. I called Black Diamond's office and left a message. No call back. I called Dowe & Wagner, Rich Hanson came out and said the clicking noise was a sound that the gas valve makes when it is malfunctioning. He put in a new gas valve and the cost was 540.00. I will call Rich Hanson in the future if I need boiler repair again.

The person who came out to inspect our furnace was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he did to repair a hose line. I would definitely recommend this company. The office staff was very helpful and provided me with the paperwork I needed for the inspection.

I've used Dowe and Wagner for the past few years for annual furnace maintenance and they've always been responsive, professional and effective when it comes to fixing the problem. They're the first and last name when it comes to HVAC work.

Very pleased with my service call. Quick response time. They were here within an hour of my call. My repair was completed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable. Explained the service plan the company offers for furnace and air conditioner servicing.

These guys came out to a rental property I manage on what was probably the coldest weekend of the winter. They replaced an old furnace quickly, got up in the attic to make sure it was properly venting, kept me posted on progress and left the area clean when done. They do great work.

They did a pre-season cleaning and check up on our boiler. Very professional and trustworthy. Answered all of our questions and gave us estimates for a couple of items we talked about. I highly recommend them for your heating needs!

Ted came out to do a full and thorough inspection of our hvac which was ruined by water leaking into the exhaust. He did a good job of finding the problem.
