The Dowe and Wagner Team were prompt in their initial visit to assess our furnace condition, provide quote, and get us scheduled for a new furnace installation. Their quote was very competitive and provided options that best fit our needs and our budget. Installation was very clean. Ted talked us through everything he was doing. We have had a couple of different people out to our house from Dowe and Wagner for various reasons, the latest being the installation of a new AC unit. As always, we have had an incredible experience. I appreciate the transparency of costs, and the guidance to making our buying decision. Mark helped us choose a unit that would suit our needs, and Ted and Jason saw to our installation. Ted worked hard to have as much done by the time Jason arrived with the unit. Impressed is an understatement. Thank you again for everything!

Dowe & Wagner has provided great service for me for 30 years. Recently Mike serviced my boiler and furnaces. He was professional, friendly and thorough.

Let me preface this, the technician sent out to repair my AC was amazing. Very polite young man. He alone is the only saving grace of this review.

Dowe and Wagner is robbery. I made a service call, I was told 105$ for the call, fine I knew it was last minute. I told them the EXACT issue, and what needed to be done. Final total? 370$

1/4 hour labor/“diagnostic”, service call, part. The part was 13$ and the labor was remove 4 bolts, unplug wires, plug in wires, install 4 bolts. This company claims fair prices on their commercials, what a load. I do not recommend this company solely based on prices. Again, the tech was great. The company though, stay away.

Mike was very thorough and explained what he did in detail. Very pleasant personality. We have used Dowe and Wagner for years and always good work and nice people.

Absolutely 100% the best furnace and A/C specialists! The prices are great, the service fantastic and everyone is really pleasant. Highly recommend for both general maintenance and issues with equipment!

UPDATE: Still using Dowe & Wagner and still absolutely LOVING their service!!! Their service people are amazing - super friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond. The prices can't be beat either...the yearly maintenance plan is great. Can't recommend enough for any HVAC needs!

When it became clear that our AC unit was struggling during the current heat wave, we called Dowe & Wagner Heating and Cooling and were very pleased that they were able to schedule a repair visit within 24 hours. Rich Hanson, the technician who evaluated our air conditioning system, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous. He quickly identified the problem, explained what had happened to our unit and what was needed to fix it, and provided a detailed materials and labor estimate. After we authorized the service, Rich made the necessary repairs – and our house is now cooling perfectly!

The young gentleman who came to our home, this morning, was very professional and personable. He explained what was going on, he answered all questions in a way we understood. We have been D&W customers for a number of years. We have two annual service appointments to check and optimize the heating and air conditioning systems in fall and spring respectively.
