The tech, Richard, analyzed the situation (loss of Freon) recharged the coolant, and set up a way to check (if it happens again) to see exactly what the problem would be!
(There were three possibilities)
So far, working perfectly!

We were having an issue with our AC. Kyle R. came out to inspect our unit. He clearly explained what the issue was and my options for repair. I was very pleased with my service and recommend this company!

Richard came out early Friday morning to diagnose some arcing from our furnace. It ended up being an electrical issue with our neutral line but Richard was diligent in figuring out what could be wrong. Was personable and professional. Well definitely use these guys for my furnace maintenance!!
